Hi there,

I am starting this new thread as a way for more MATURE MINDED people to list their suggestions and desires for Forza Motorsport 6 without being flooded by the often negative and ‘self-entitled’ majority that can hound the forums. I want to this to be a thread that the people at Turn 10 can look at for positive and constructive ideas from the more mature players. I also want this to be a thread where they can come to see how much we appreciate certain features and how we would like to see them retained and developed further. So as a reminder to those who just want more cars or more tracks, there are many other threads for you that Turn 10 is reading. Be happy! -and go there.

So, I’ll start with some of my own comments and ideas.

  • Me and my friends LOVE playground games (KING/TAG keep the it; INFECTED/pass the it(?) and CAT & MOUSE). We played them HEAPS during Forza Motorsport 3, Forza Motorsport 4, played it EVERYDAY in Forza Horizon 1, and play it where we can in Forza Horizon 2 (since it is not a dedicated playlist). We would love to see these game types bolstered in Forza Motorsport 6. We feel the single player in Forza is so good already, playing racing online doesn’t attract us at all.

  • Which brings me to my next suggestion. Racing online would grasp us if it was more team oriented (with less lag). For example if there were endurance races that required active pit crews (players) and the need to swap drivers (players) during the race. Like when Clarkson, Hammond and May raced their BMW diesel!!! smiley face!!

  • Now for the grit. Popped tyres! I know it would be too late to ask for cars that can be torn to shreds but popped tyres is something you guys could do! I know it would be something people would want an option to turn off but we would LOVE IT!

  • Next its fully animated and playable pits!!! Imagine being able to fill up your car, change its tyres mid race, buff out a ding while the heat is on. WOW, straight up, that would be amazing for Forza.

  • Next is STAGE DAMAGE. YES!! Imagine you could see the site where you or someone crashed, and feel the scrapes and rubble beneath you as you pace over it. Even see the scratches and dents you or someone left behind on the race barriers.

  • The last one is rain, torrential or otherwise. And Night. But I’m sure you guys already KNOW this eh. Cos, eh. It’s already been too long.

Now for some of the things I liked in Forza Motorsport 5 that I would like to be retained.

  • DRIVATARS!! I heard some people don’t like them but we love them. All they need is to actually take damage when they crash cos I think it was absent in Motorsport 5 (and Horizon 2). They would drive aggressively, which I love, but only I would take damage and that sucked.

  • 1080p60!! LOVE IT. Don’t drop it for anything -not even for any of my suggestions if you can’t make it work.

  • The open world courses such as the airfield and that Odessa(?) carpark place from last gen.!! I loved them for playground games (including Top Gear soccer etc!) where I could play online or mostly privately with my friends.

  • AAAAANd everything else cos it was all awesome -but I’m sure others would have some suggestions…

Good idea!

What I would like to see in Forza Motorsport 6:

  • I loved the playground games too (King, Infected, Cat & Mouse) so I would love to see them in multiplayer.

  • Drivatars! Love seeing my friends in my campaign races. Also I have more chance of actually winning races with their crazy driving haha

  • I love customizing my cars, so I want to see more body kits!! Also if possible, fix up the painting of impossible to reach or unpaintable areas on cars! Oh and the cars with black plastic as the skirts, I want to paint over it. Decals on the windows would be nice too…

  • Rally. I can’t get enough of it.

  • Night time, different types of weather etc.

  • Getting gold for 3rd place is awesome!

I think because we now have official wishlist threads for FM6 any requests are supposed to be directed there. I may be wrong, but just in case…

You might be allowed to have a conversation about what you want to see in FM6, but I’d recommend posting in those stickied threads if you actually want Turn 10 to see your suggestions/comments. Good luck gents!

“self-entitled” are people who believe that their opinions matter more and require a separate thread from everyone else.
