Matchmaking cancelled because your Horizon Convoy changed

Please I keep getting this pop up whenever I try to connect to horizon life help me

Nope. I’ve been trying all day and nothing. It worked when I first launched the game and stopped working after.

I got the same problem, u on ps5 by any chance, could be a PlayStation problem

Yea this is completely frustrating. I tried to submit a ticket and they said they can’t even find my account like what does that even mean.

They haven’t even gotten back to me yet, I might just try deleting the game and redownloading it, but it will take ages to redownload

Sadly I’m pretty sure that won’t do anything as your ps5 account is now connected to the Forza account it’s dumb ash

I doubt that cuz I was online when I first started then I randomly stopped being able to connect. Idk there’s some bug and I hope they fix it cause I paid for premium and if I just went into another account I won’t get the premium benefits. This sucks fr …

Yeh I got premium aswell, and I got some sick cars from the wheel spins so don’t wanna have to start again

Nah I doubt it cuz I was online when I first launched the game and then it disconnected me and the problem has stayed since

And if we get a new Xbox account, will we keep all our stuff cause we will still have the same ps5 account?

@riconator300 could you provide more info so we can understand what’s happening:
It looks like you were trying to get into a Playground Games event - when you got the error and returned to Freeroam, were you trying to enter the same event and getting the same message? Could you list any other event types where this has happened? Steps to reproduce this will help the team diagnose it.

Are you trying to get into a multiplayer event as a group with your convoy?
If you leave the convoy are you seeing the same message if you try to enter the same event by yourself?

Do you have Crossplay set to On?
