There should be an option to reply to automated messages - please do that and indicate that the articles haven’t resolved your issue, and link this thread in your reply so the team knows further investigation is needed.
I can’t link it looks like it’s saying my Microsoft account is being used on another playstation account wold I be able to change it on the Xbox side or is it the playstation side I need to change
Someone from support replied to me and recommended log in from incognito tab and it worked! So if anyone has the same problem that might be a solution for you
From incognito tab i am not getting the code to verify the email lol. Have the same problem with account connection, when they are planning to fix the bug, that’s crazy! Nice early play Microsoft
