Low FPS playing in PC (GTX 1070, i7-4770k 3.8GHz, 16GB)

Hi.

I play this game in 1080p and I have low FPS and strong framerate drops during races and driving through some places in the map (like Edimburgh for example)

It’s hard for me to reach 50 fps during a race.

I’m playing on ultra settings, hell yeah, but some of my friends have worse GPU & CPU and they play this game with a better framerate with the same graphics config, so I don’t know what’s wrong.

My PC:
Intel Core i7-4770k @ 3.8GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
16 GB 1866 CL9

My friend’s PC:
Intel Core i5-7500 @ 3.4GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
16 GB 2400 CL16
(he plays the game in extreme settings and has better performance than me)

Now, some tests:

Maybe try turning off V-sync?

Hi !

Press Win - I then go to Gaming , and turn off the “Gamebar” Slider . This helps for me , i had the same issues.

I already tried before writing this post and it didn’t work

I’ve just tried. No performance difference :confused:

I have the same issue, 41 FPS on the benchmark with a gtx 1080 and 4770 @ 3.8ghz 16gb ram… ridiculous
