i7 4790 + rtx 2060 +16 Gb

on high settings only 35-40 fps

i don’t understand something or what?

What’s your resolution set to?

Also are you using manual display settings or the dynamic settings. It seems that if you enable vsync and pick 60 FPS the dynamic render quality will do it’s best to always give you 60 FPS while possibly reducing your quality settings a bit more than needed.

game sets settings by self on ultra with dynamic

reducing don’t help, even on very low, I have framerate drop to 15-20

it’s awful, I don’t understand

Update drivers, it help often

Geforce Expirience says that drivers is actual

Have you enabled hyper-v as this can tank your fps?

sorry, but how hyper-v can help?

Hyper-v is used for virtual machines and can decrease your gaming performance if you have it enabled.

If you haven’t enabled it then its not the solution to your poor performance.

Do you have a screenshot of the benchmark on high?
