First off, really like your mindset, that it’s not only about your needs but you wanna help out others as well to find nice tracks or to get attention for their work 
I’ve put a lot of love in that track, worked on it over a span of 4 or 5 days and even with the knowledge that there are much more special or work intense tracks out there, I’m really happy & proud about it.

Track is a mix of street trough the tight city + green & dirt around it - so some kind of allrounder is likely the best choice.

Well still trying to find the button to start a new topic (seriously? where is it?)
But I can put a code to a new 17 mile dirt race I completed this week. It is a lot of fun to play, goes through 5 landmarks and I spent a lot of time finding a route that would maximize the dirt sections. It is at night with heavy rain, so the visuals are really outstanding.

Here’s a couple of tracks I made, These are the first ones I’ve made so be kind.
I included a few sneaky chicanes in both circuits and made the AI driving line so close to certain objects they risk crashing. They are both technical and narrow circuit.
