Yep, it’s a wreck fest.

Sounds like business as usual. I pucker up every time I brake into three first turn online.

Nothing has changed then its why i prefer racing leagues. You will meet like minded forza fans who enjoy clean close racing

Finally “the idiots can race with the idiots” and the “self proclaimed clean masters can race with themselves”. Just don’t complain when you’re placed in a league based on your play style and it doesn’t match what you had in mind.

i didnt mean the leagues hoppers. I meant racing leagues set up by groups on the forza community.
I myself like touring car and gt racing best.

Tbf there are no collisions hoppers and leagues…or am I missing the point?

Quite a few idiots on so muggins here is sticking himself in the no collision C class introductory hopper and staying his rear there.

Its ironic for me because of all the games out there, racing games are my favorite to play, but conversely they are my absolute least favorite type of game to play online in random parties, i cant stand the hoppers and always play online in private parties.

Instead of getting mad and calling people names just understand that 99% of all randoms will look to wreck you first without even trying to pass you clean.

Its not just forza its all racing games in my experiences.

Try being in a drift lobby, no chance of finishing or any respect by waiting for others and constant crashing on purpose, oh and the speed runners who basically just drive in a stupid fast car and win the race as fast as possible without drifting at all.

I totLly agree with you and they really don’t want to fix the problem cause it’s been like that for several games in drift lobbies

Hey guys, please add me: Dryv1yne

I really enjoy the Forza series, but haven’t played much online due to the idiots that just like to wreck people. I do my best to race clean and apologize if I do accidentally get into someone.

I probably won’t win many races, but it’s not about that for me. I just enjoy playing the game and chilling out with like minded people.

/Edit
Forgot to mention, I’m in the Eastern time zone. I’m usually on after 10p EST but to get on before then if time permits. I’m actually off work all this coming week so I’ll be on at various times.

Yes, It’s pretty bad right now. I don’t see how all these people are paying $100 on a racing game, but are terrible and just wreak constantly.

I don’t recall having to take a driving test before purchasing my VIP copy.

I used to think everyone was just a bad driver who wreaks everyone else, because I’d always be slowed down or wrecked by them. Then I realized they’re simply slower than me, which doesn’t mean I’m a god or anything, just means they haven’t put the time in that I have. I find that when I race with that in mind, and don’t try to aggressively overtake everyone because I feel like they’re slowing me down, and I don’t try to hog the racing line into the first corner, along with the other 12 people, my races become allot cleaner.

That said, there’s still some people that straight cheat and wreck people, but they’re nowhere near as common as once thought.

Very important point. Not everyone crashing in you (or even more you crashing in) is a intentional wracker (yes, they exist and wrackers are very annoying). Just a couple of day ago I remembered my first online runs in FM3 … and yes, I was not experienced enough, braked to early, or to late, to much throttle and spinning out, to much steering input (preferred when someone passes me and I want to avoid contact, make room for him) and spinning out, usually resulting in crashed and annoying other drivers.
I not played online for a long time as this was no fun for me. Meanwhile I drive a little better (not professional).
But if you race online, keep this in mind. The person in front of you may be less experienced, may break early, so be prepared, may be change you line. Don’t blame the other driver if you crash in his tail. Take look in the mirror what’s happening behind you. Be prepared someone may, even unintentionally, come in with to high speed.
Even, someone will lose car control while you are beside his car, this all can happen.

And exactly this situation’s still happen to me in online races from time to time, not intended, but may be with drastic results for a other racer.

Having this in mind does help a lot in online racing to avoid crashes. Driving a bit more defensive in some situations and having in mind that others may horribly fail. Watch live or on demand videos from elite racers. They can go fast, very controlled and are incredible good in avoiding usual emergency situations and keeping car control even after close combat contacts.

And if you race - races are not won in the first corner - Drivatars may never learn this  - but online there should be a chance.

I got introduced to this yesterday. At first I was excited. I started at the front of the pack and was 2 wide on the first few turns on Road America. That was awesome… Then the wrecking began. I’m staying out of the A Class lobby for now. I tried 8 races and got wrecked in each one.

I switched to C introductory and had a blast. My new home for now.

On a side note in my profile it tracks collisions. I am hoping the system for leagues differentiates between me initiating contact and me being rammed. Most likely it’s not the case and I am already screwed because of all those collisions in A. I have even been trying to race as clean as possible in single player to kerp my collisions low and have a good drivatar for friends to compete against.

Guys,

I seriously had no other idea how to Call the Topic.

Since i am playing Fm6 for Days now i must say its the Most unfair Game of the series ever. Almost in every Lobby the drivers Crash into each other for no reason.

And I mean in every Race.

Sure I had clean races too but the experience is a Bad One. I get wrecked all the time and in 90% of the races online. To make it clear, i have no prob with a little Hit. Or with a SORRY that comes along with it. But getting Hit with 250 kmh in a corner is not ok.

I have never Seen such a bad Community in a Racing Game than in This One. And I really hope its getting better. Unfortunatley i cannot Race privat with One friend, since Turn10 had this “reason” to Limit the Drivatars.

Everyone i spoke to says the Same and has the Same Probs: Crashing kiddies all the time. Everytime.

So Long.

Ive been put in div1 thank the stars lol. So bow when I get on I wont be smashed about.
