I made a tool - upload an image, get the colour in Forza format

I got sick of doing this the long-winded way so I made a really basic tool. Upload a .jpg, use the eyedropper, get the Forza colour. Super easy. The output seems just about spot on in my tests with FH3.
Images are deleted periodically - I don’t keep anything you upload

Wanted to check this, because it sounds cool, but the page is not there… (404 not found)

whoops, fixed the URL

Still getting a 404.

Also, does it work on iOS?

http://chris-hill.co.uk/forzacolour.php should work fine

Functionally it works on iOS, but it’s not very easy to be exact with the eyedropper so I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice work, simple and quick and not cluttered like others on the web.

May use this from time to time though I usually stick with doing a manual conversion on photoshop :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice tool, I’ll be coming back to this for my future liveries for sure. One suggestion though, the eye dropper should be more accurate. My mouse is at the bottom of the picture for a color that is in the middle of it.

I’ve noticed that happening with large images. I usually try to crop the picture in such a way as to have a few of the colors I need in a small image, and re-upload that. It seems to work better that way.

Just wondering, is it a third party site? I have this notice on the address bar saying “Not secure”.

Hello friend, sorry, the page has a problem and I can no longer access it :(Will it no longer be up?

Unsure if your account is still active but the site is down it seems or the certificate expired - Really enjoyed using your tool as it was quick and easy unlike another tool I found online just recently. Hopefully you can get it up and running or i’m cooked when it comes to getting liveries painted accurately.
