Thinking about getting Horizon 2, it has been a while since i played Forza let alone any racing game.
Any recommendations on to whether i should get it for the 360 or One?
Hope to see some of you guys on the road soon!
Depends what console you have.
If you have an Xbox ONE or are planning to buy an Xbox ONE then it’s the platform which offers the greater Horizon 2 experience.
Horizon 2 on the 360 isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but there’s some who are enjoying it so if that’s your only option I’d just go for it and enjoy it - but realise it’s a different game from the ONE version.

You’ll definitely want to get it on Xbox One. The 360 version isn’t bad, but Sumo Digital haven’t given it anywhere near as much polish as the Forza series deserves.
As for the game itself? On XO, absolutely recommended, it’s everything you can imagine being fun about racing and driving games all in one, with gorgeous graphics and a vast world to drive in.

I would highly recommend the XBox One Version. Just read the forums and you will see that many 360 users are not very happy with their game.
On the One it is a great racing game and very addicting.
I played it twice in the first couple of days and haven’t felt a need to go back. I’m on 360 and was very disappointed with the game for obvious reasons. It’s gonna be bye bye Forza for me after five years of pretty much daily playing, as I’m moving on to PC where I can enjoy my current wheel and proper sims.
I’m loving it on the xbox one , dont get the 360 version tho
I own a Xbox 360 but I bought a Xbox One, special for Forza Horizon 2. And I love it!

I have the 360 version, and i really do like it. However, there are many missing cars, and i don’t know if i have to unlock them or something.

Oh yeah, from what I’ve heard, the only valuable Horizon 2 is the Xbox One version. For 360, the physics are bad, the graphics seem to be a calque of Motorsport 1, and there won’t be DLC, Extras, VIP Content. A bad game in 360!
The 360 version is ok, but it was never going to look great compared to the X One version. In it’s own right it’s still a good game, but there are obviously limitations that have come to light as usual with Turn 10 that have taken the shine off it. Lack of DLC, rewards, and pretty much any kind of acknowledgement that the 360 version actually exists. lol
If you have a choice get the XO version, if you don’t then try before you buy.

Xbox one, Horizon is a great fun game.
I’m enjoying it. Not crazy about the amount of off road racing that occurs during multi-player online. Also there’s the abundance of banzai racers that use their cars as battering rams during races, that’s to be expected. But I’m still having fun none the less.
There is quite a bit of bashy-smashy arggy-bargy online, but I actually find it to be LESS problematic than in FM5. This game is more forgiving about collisions in general, even with full sim damage on.
I only get about 2-3 hours a week of play time but I’m still loving it just having a blast belting around these roads (and off them) in so many amazing cars. I especially love the old classics, they just don’t make cars like that anymore and the sound some of them scream out is incredible.
Prime if you have slowed down since Horizon 1 you are welcome to get the Xbox One version. If not stick to the 360
