I have both versions as I just bought the XO. Both are good but vastly different games I love the XO version most best racing game I’ve ever played I enjoy the normal road and traffic part of the game.
I read somewhere that the 360 version’s online is set up like the first Horizon. Is that true? If so that might be the way to go if you like playing in specific online races. I’m finding that very hard to do on the XB1 version.
Horizon 2 is an awesome game. Xbox One or 360? Get both!
Even though the 360 version is the on purpose stripped down version I’m still enjoying it. the XO version I will never buy myself thanks to Turn10, they made me want to get a PS4 instead. Like the game Sumo made, hate the treatment Turn10 gives.

As far as enjoying Horizons 2 goes, I’m loving it on the Xbox One, best car game ever made.

Im on the 360 and im loving it! Sure its not as good as on the Xbone, but that’s expected. If people can just get past the fact that its different on the 360, then they could see that’s its still good and enjoy the game. I played Horizon the original and enjoyed it very much, and im enjoying horizon 2 as well. I don’t have a xbone, and im just glad to be able to play horizon 2 on 360.

Got xbox 360 version on release day and put some hours in didn’t mind it too much aside from obvious problems.
Then got lucky and won £500 on a scratchcard so treated the family to an Xbox one and the ultimate edition on the 17th, yeah it took 6 hours to download but me and my wife have each put a number if hours in already and what can I say amazing in every way, best game ever!!!
I started the game a couple times now to do the bucket list, but they made one of the Challenges to drive trough a forest at night at full speed and it just puts me off playing the game. Cant understand why they would put in something so annoying as restarting a Challenge like this gazillions of times as most average players must do.
I absolutely love Horizon 2! Had to wait patiently for months on Horizon 1 but the wait was well worth it! xD
The only thing that makes me mad the horrible right joystick that XBO put in their controllers. =.= I need to take it apart and glue it back together like everyone else lol
Try using a steering wheel, It’s a racing game LoL.
I love it. The scenery is gorgeous and the new offroad options capitalize on that something fierce. It’s just perfect fun throughout. Hell, even though the “cool” NPCs and radio stations’ are still douchey as hell in character and musical selection, we now have Levante to make the our regular driving something truly lovely.
I"ve definitely gotten my $$$ worth using the 360 Version. I’ve reached 999 Level and Mastered every event and all but 5 Achievements.
The map was fun to learn and some of the events are great races.
That said I am most disappointed by the refusal of Turn 10 and FORZA to honor the REWARDS for 360 players - because it seems so simple and easy to do.
I enjoyed many hours reaching the 50 GOLD ONLINE LEVEL in FH1 but for whatever reason I can’t compete in FH2 online because the Fanatec Wheel and pedals lag too much in FH2 online races
Why I have no idea. - and I can’t use the controller because of arthritic hands - and the Fanatec won’t work with XBOX ONE.
Still the single player game in FH2 was worth the $$$ since I’ve gotten 60 hours of enjoyment from the game
Just son’t expect it to be as fabulous as FH1 for 360. Compared to most racing games it’s as good or better than most and I have most all of them

I’ve been enjoying the Xbox One version of Horizon 2 since the day it was released! The scenery, cars, and driving experience are great, the same reasons why I enjoyed the first Horizon. The features in FH2 are fantastic, including the ability to tune cars while on the road via the pause menu.
I have been tossing up weather or not I should buy DriveClub or Forza Horizon 2 for the past couple of months, as I was coming off of a PS3 and hadn’t yet bought a “next-gen” console I was leaning more towards getting DriveClub as I’ve played Playstation since I was 7 years old. Long story short, I ended up buying FH2 for the Xbox One and I’m really bloody happy with my purchases. Because I don’t have as much time to devote to gaming compared to when I was younger I was hoping for a great pick-up-and-play racer without being watered down and boring, Forza Horizon 2 is ticking all the right boxes so far! Awesome graphics, great sense of speed, quick navigation through the menus, a soundtrack that gives you a festival feel and roaring engines (huge difference compared to GranTurismo!). Would highly recommend this game!
Oh, as I’m also a complete newbie to Xbox feel free to add my gamertag (HelloMrBryce) as all of my friends are still on Playstation!
Can we get a thread going about getting the finish line camera turned towards the finish line! So we can see people as they approach the line and finish , plz!!!
