In addition, each week there will be one Seasonal Championship featuring five racing events rather than the usual three, as well as another featuring a single Goliath-type route thatâs appropriate to the weekly racing theme.

CONTENT UPDATE RELEASE NOTES & BUG FIXES
Look for the series content update to be available for installation on Tuesday after 10am Pacific time. Release Notes will be published at Forza Support. Our News blog covers the highlights:
⢠An issue that prevented progression of the Weekly Forzathon if challenges were not completed in order has been fixed.
⢠A fix to allow Steam players to unlock the âOne for Allâ and âBack in the Saddleâ achievements.
⢠Low framerates for PC players using AMD Radeon 6x00 series graphics cards with AMD SAM enabled.
⢠A fix for the âNot Connectedâ message incorrectly popping up in EventLab when creating a route or selecting a track to play.
⢠Audio would cut out when applying upgrades or tuning setups to your car. This has been fixed.
Hoping that âNew Seasonal Racesâ being advertised in the Coming Soon tab of the playlist really does mean new courses, I made that mistake last time with the âNew Race Brandingâ thinking weâd get a new type of race for the Extreme E cars only for it to turn out to be just them being added.
The theme wouldâve been the perfect opportunity to introduce new tracks for each category in their respective week.
BUT no.
I really donât understand why PG does not add more tracks. Itâs not a difficult thing to do and adds actual new content that lives more than a week.
Playground, you cut a lot of cars at launch. So, in this update, why are you adding the bad ones that deserved to remain cut and not ones that shouldâve been in the series?
I cut the stream off. Two new Audis (only one of which Iâm particularly interested in), an old Bentley, a Nissan Sentra, and another Chinese car I have zero interest in.
I really, really want to hear the monthly defense of this stuff, because itâs getting easier to read between the lines, and I can tell that the only reason the Audi E-Tron GT made it into this update was to prevent people from walking away from this game for a full month.
After the Summer Season someone changed the menu so we did not see what the Reward Cars were for the remaining 3 seasons! We saw the car and class requirements only
Itâs so obvious that I can only think that there is something that prevents them from doing this for some reason. Even the PR stunts theyâve added have only been temporary I think?
If I had to guess, itâs because the amount of work to get the AI to act properly (read: not plow into walls or sail off into the Multiverse) is more than they care to actually do.
Iâve watched every Letâs Go video since they started. This one was extra painful. Drawn out discussions about how games are conceptualized without talking about the games weâre here to learn about, people shrieking, some gal singing about Corgi butts, bugs in the game while theyâre attempting to show off more recycled cars, yet more new Audis, hearing weâll be having longer races for the same rewards and STILL no new tracks to race on, and to top it all off weâre getting hearing aid cosmetics and a Dorito costume.
What on Earth happened to you, Forza? Despite my best efforts you continue to give me every reason to stop playing.
Ugh, I hate to be negative but the Forza games have always been a huge passion of mine. Seeing this downward trend seriously hurts. If it wasnât for the FOMO of the seasonal cars every week I would walk away from this game until the second expansion, assuming that oneâs not yet another product tie-in.
To those that angrily have a go at anyone whoâs cynical about upcoming things with this series now thereâs why, even something as minor as hoping new seasonal races means exactly that and you end up disappointed.
New seasonal races? You may as well advertise that every single week if thatâs your definition of it.
Otherwise this + the âNew Race Brandingâ advertised for the Extreme E series are straight up lies.
