Hall Of Fame Leaderboard Broken

Is The Hall Of Fame Leaderboard Broken Or Are They Fixing It

I’d imagine they’ll keep ignoring it as they always have.

Yeah it’s a joke. At least Mohom isn’t at the top like he has been for several years. Very likely those level 2999, prestige level 10 players are modded accounts.

Hall of Fame has been broken since 2021, there were accolades people were repeating several times. it was never working right, and it will never be fixed. and it doesn’t matter, it’s a measure of grinding, not skill or anything else.

Unfortunately I think where fighting a losing battle. Modders & cheaters are ruining the game for everyone else! And PGG/Turn 10 and Microsoft are not doing nothin about it

That’s any game with leaderboards now days.

I used to care until all the cheaters/modders infiltrated the list, now I don’t even bother looking at it as all it does is irritate me, so why bother with the aggravation…

That’s been any game with leaderboards since the 90s. I remember seeing hacked high scores on Flash games on good ol’ Addicting Games.

they simply shouldn’t have called this the hall of fame. they should have called it “accolades leaderboard” or something and not made a huge deal out of it.

Mike Brown did away with ranked racing because he didn’t want people’s feelings to be hurt, but then he implemented an even more arbitrary, useless, unserious ranking system that takes 5 seconds to exploit and annoys 99% of the player base.

But heaven forbid you put the number 88 on your license plate, you’ll be banned for life!

A quick Google search clearly told me why

it’ll be 44 next. anyone know what I’m referring to? my point is, literally anything can be twisted into a code for something else. that’s the whole point of code language. it’ll always be something. there’s a little known trend in u.s. jail culture in which a shamrock is used in place of another four-sided symbol. so next they’ll ban st. patrick’s day. and on and on. and trust me, I’m not some anti-woke culture warrior, I think there’s reasonable ways of filtering commonly offensive stuff. but at this point I have learned a dozen new obscure offensive things just by googling what they won’t let me share. seems like the opposite of the point, idk

this thread is a great read, if anyone is unfamiliar

Heh, I was part of a corporate-run forum back in the day that had seemingly-innocuous words like “slope” censored because they were apparently used as slurs decades earlier. All they managed to do was teach a bunch of people what those words once meant.

No, it will be letter Z that’s banned next.

Good to know cos I’m a woke warrior

/Disregard/

It also means good luck in Chinese culture, so go figure.

the other day I was six hundred and something, maybe a week later I’m nine hundred and something

before it got mental I was mid-forties on the leaderboard, as I type this . . .

1 to 384 have 10,000,000 (the scale of my awe cannot be measured)
385 to 536 have 9,999,998 (odd number to pick!)
537 to 576 are over 9 million
577 to 598 are over 8 million
599 to 620 are over 7 million
621 to 641 are over 6 million
642 to 715 are over 5 million
716 to 763 are over 4 million
764 to 785 are over 3 million
786 to 855 are over 2 million

unsurprisingly, many of the top ones are prestige 10 level 2,999 accounts

the worst part is there are a good number of “credible” players who did accolade exploits to rise up that leaderboard.

I hope whoever they’re trying to impress is properly fooled.
