My first post on this.
Just bought a brand new XBox (with Kinect) and downloaded the game it came up with - Forza Mortorsport 5.
I am highly disappointed by the initial experience.
The game is 43 GB and it took whole night to download and finally when I started playing it, it seems to get stuck at the initial music where the various streets and cars are shown (kind of slide show). The music keeps playing and the same slides of cars keep coming. Game never starts. No button on controller seems to start the game. Nothing really crashes and I am able to come back to home screen. The small spinning wheel at bottom right keeps rotating, as if it is downloading / processing something. The wheel never stops. The music keeps playing. The game never starts.

Have tried these things without any results
- 1 Minute power drain. Shut down the XBOX completely and re - started it many times.
- Cleared the profile data and so called cache by going to Settings>>Network>>Network Settings >>Advanced Settings>>Alternate MAC address
- Re-installed the whole game again (yes, another night for 43 GB download).
- Pressed the forward 4 buttons + Y @ the point when the game asks to press “A” to start it >> resulted in clearing the profile >> did not help
Now what options do I have?
Maybe a disk download could help? If I have the download code, would these people give me a disk for free?
Is there anything that I might be missing?
What is the usual process to deal with such issues?
I really don’t want to return the whole thing because of this. XBOX seems to work normally. Other games like “Dance Central” works great.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
