Car download frozen

Hey all,

I have just recently made a single car purchase from a DLC pack but for the last week it has been sitting on 18% and won’t go any further.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

If xbox live is now fixed try:

  1. Make sure no games are running. Then hold the power button on console for 5 seconds until the console turns off. When all power and sound on console have stopped restart it.

  2. Go to my games and apps and check if anything is in the queue.

  3. Eject and reinsert Forza 5 disc.

  4. See if it triggers any updates and before playing the game once again check my games and apps to check the queue.

  5. If nothing triggers the download to continue then I would suggest uninstall the game (game only) and reinstall.

I’ll give the reset ago, the other steps I can’t due to it being a downloaded version of Forza 5.
