I created a suggestion to apply BoP in freeplay and private multiplayer.

Option to apply Spec BoP in Freeplay/Private Multiplayer

With the new Touring Car BoP using % based modifiers, as Proto-H and some GT cars, in Featured Multiplayer, it is no longer possible to recreate these cars outside of Featured. I recommend the ability to apply the Featured BoP in freeplay and private. This allows people to test and tune cars outside of Featured as well a providing a single player option. In fact, there probably should be a career Spec BoP tour where players who don’t do Multiplayer can experience the cars in that form. Being…
