Maybe 1,000 credits for downloads of user created content. The artists that put in many hours of creating content for the community to download should receive more than 100 credits for their work.

The reward should go up by an exponent for each 10 downloads per single livery sold on one individual car.
First 10 - 100 CR each
Next 10 - 1,000 CR each
Next 10 - 2,000 CR each
Next 10 - 3,000 CR each
etc. Up to 100 total downloads, where the pay out stays neutral at 100<
