For the past several days, I have not received credits for livery downloads, uses, likes, etc. (a ticket has been submitted). I don’t normally pay attention to credits received but it caught my eye yesterday. I wonder how long this has been going on? Anything else we’re not being credited for?
I have noticed the amount I seem to get per so many downloads has decreased since I turned legendary painter, I have also noticed that I will get a payout for my vinyls but not for me designs even though I can clearly see them going up in number. So hence yes get no payout for them, infact no message at all
At least you’re getting downloads. I’ve gone from getting a ton of daily downloads to next to nothing. One of my liveries went from over 3700 downloads in a day to 0 ever since. Be happy for what you have, some of us are getting squat.
And even if painter level was working … that’s not tied to legendary status at all. Legendary status is simply achieved by 50K total downloads, likes and uses … nothing else.
I saw a change after today’s update. The figures have started to actually add up properly.
No longer am I seeing things like this :
I took screenshots of all the erroneous payout messages but I figured it’s not worth the ticket. Money comes flying in if you play a lot so I just accepted all.
Since then each message has been correctly added up.
I am having the same issue. Sometimes it tells the right amount of credits in the mail but I wont get any credits, sometimes it says 50k eventhough it should be waaaaay more and sometimes it just says zero credits. opened a ticket 4 days ago but didnt get a reply yet…
Edit: Finally got a reply… Devs know about this issue…ticket gets marked as solved:sweat_smile:

Yes, they knew about this issue and it was supposed to have been addressed at least partially in the patch earlier this week according to the patch notes. I am apprehensive to try and collect any of the rewards messages I have not yet collected in fear of them not being added properly to my account and then me losing them forever. That’s why I had asked above if they seemed to be working correctly in the last couple of days after the patch.
