Hi, this happened to me
I have the xbox series x
I got the controller, and input the code on redeem menu on xbox
I get into the game and no car on my garage is delivered
Restart game, no luck
Sign out and in, no luck
Restart console nothing change
Went to auction house and I can buy the car and get it delivered on my garage, but my own car is nowhere to be found,
Got into microsoft support, did a bunch of different things, even resetting the console to no avail, the car wont get delivered to my garage,
Microsoft support says it is an in game error however i posted a forza support ticket and they answered is a microsoft store problem
Does anyone know what to do next?
I forget how that works, but you may have to buy it for 0CR at the Auto Show.
i dont see the car at the autoshow, it wont appear… or as far as I remember i did not find it on the autoshow
however when I get home i will look into it…

If I remember right I got a message into the news tab that the car is available now for download (like the other gifted cars from the devs). And after pressing enter to download the car (I am on the pc) the car was present in my garage…
No message at all, been messing with it for 4 days and nothing
Only the cars i have bought on the auction house
Just got home, checked my garage and nothing, no message, no way to buy it the autoshow
Still lost in this
I feel robbed

there s a link to open a ticket at the bottom
