hey,i have activated the code from the massage ive got from xbox. i truned into game and its says its activated but i cant find it… can some 1 help me`? (sorry for my english)
Have your checked your in-game messages? I never entered my code, so I don’t know how it’d be given. If it didn’t go into your garage, check the autoshow, it might be there as a special version of the car and you should be able to pick it up for free.

If its not there try hard booting your console and see if it shows up
Nope, it seem to be a bug (for PC player atleast)…some fixed it by going through the xbox one/manage but those who don’t have one can’t get (yet) the car.
It seems you have to go into the Auto Show, click on the DLC area, then select the car you have available
After you do this, select the initial paint, then it will show up in your garage
I find this less than desirable and a lot of work, it should just be in my garage automatically 
This is my experience with the cars from the Ultimate edition and the 15 cars that comes with it
It’s not there either, this is where i check everyday…i have all dlc but preorder listed…
I never received a message ingame although i had it on the xbox app …redeeming seemed successfull (as now the code isn’t working anymore (“already used”))
On xbox one, you can definately get it but those who don’t have an xbox…
On XB1, I had to enter my code manually. Hitting redeem code did nothing.
You should get a confirmation screen when you have successfully redeemed the code.
When you activated the code did you hit the Redeem button below the message? That Redeem button has been faulty recently. You might be better writing the code down and entering it manually on the Xbox Store page.
In any case you should get a confirmation message when the code has been activated. Did you get a confirmation message?

In my case i did use the app button. it told me the code was redeemed but no extra confirmations(no messages inbox).
I can’t redeem the code anymore as it’s “already used”

i preordered standard edition from the xbox dash on sunday morning 9/25
almost 24 hours later i have not received the code yet…
I got mine was a couple of days after the UE release last Friday. So I doubt you’ll be getting yours straight away. Don’t worry you’ll get it alright, but with such a huge release it’ll take a while.

I redeemed code and it’s not in my garage. However I checked the autoshow and it was there but it’s not free Idk what to do now.
