It is available to purchase from the autoshow. But the free one that you are supposed to get has not been delivered yet.
Playing on PC, restarted three times game + PC
I did not see a popup message for the Mercedes GT3 but it was in my car collection when I looked - have you confirmed by sorting your cars that it’s not already there?
For any players also reporting this, which platform are you playing on?
UPDATE:
The Forza Team is aware of an issue impacting some Car Pass owners where the car is available in the Showroom but hasn’t been gifted for free as anticipated. The team is investigating an unexpected store service outage and we’ll provide an update as soon as we can.

Same, did not receive this weeks (Nov. 30) Car Pass car. It shows up as available to buy. I have checked and I do not have it in my inventory.

Not OP, but also did not receive the car. It’s available to buy however. I do not have it in my owned cars. Has not been delivered.
EDIT: I’m on Steam by the way.

Same thing has happened to me on Series X. I want able to play for a bit, so I missed the release dates for both the McLaren GT3 and the AMG, and when I logged in today I was expecting to see a popup where I could redeem the cars like before. But nope nothing, there in the auto show, but I can’t redeem them for free. I hope it’s just a big and that I’m not expected to have to log on the exact day the car releases just to get it, cause that really, really infuriating, after all I paid $100 dollars for the Premium edition, only for me to not be able to get the cars just because my life got in the way. I’m currently reinstalling the game to see if that fixes it, will update once that happens.
Update: Reinstall did not solve the problem

Game is not in Quick Resume mode.
I restarted the console. Full shut down the console (power supply disconnected 5 minutes) and even uninstall the game and reinstall it. Nothing fixes the issue.
I can see the car available to purchase in the autoshow but it’s not in my car collection.
Same thing happened to me (and to a lot of people after check in Reddit) 2 weeks ago with the Lotus Type 40, but the car was delivered the next day.
But today, i saw only 2 posts in Reddit with this same issue.
One quick question, is it normal in Xbox to not have a Save file in this game? i only have 1,2GB of reserved space but there is no save file, like the rest of the games installed (ie: Forza Horizon 5)

Same issue for me, I got the McLaren last week, but the AMG GT3 is not being delivered to me.
I have not received the Lotus from 2 weeks ago, the Mclaren from last week, or the Mercedes for this week. I expected to have these cars in my gift messages but haven’t received any of these cars that i paid car pass for.
That’s definitely not how it works, this is totally a bug. I have logged on days after and still got the car for free.
I have not received the Mercedes either. Had a notification that there was a new message. But there was none in the messages. Did not receive the window with the message about the new car or the car itself. But you can buy it in-game. I just bought it in the shop.

Same with me I have the car pass but no GT3 in my garage, I’m on a series x, all other cars for the pass have been delivered fine.

I mean drip feeding us a car a week and passing it off as a car pass is one thing but then not receiving the car is something else.

Same here. I’m on Steam. And I lost my driving level. Now i’m at level 5, but 2 days ago my level is 372. What’s happening in this game?
I paid 100€ for a working game, not a bunch of bugs.
