as an PC Gamer i’m just a bit jealous of the Xbox One S HDR-Feature 
Nvidia shadowplay? Or the dozens of other HDR softwares out there?
nvidia has dsr which offer 2560x1440 and 4k resolution in games and it makes games look absolutely amazing! AMD has vsr which is the same thing but only supports a certain amount of gpus where as nvidia supports much older cards with dsr.
because up to 4k resolution, no 30FPS cap, Freesync/Gsync etc. They’ll make a killing with this game, bring on full fat FM7 on PC with all the bells and whistles.
I have a simple, factual, short answer for you. PC is better platform for video games than consoles.

Real reason is because everyone and their dog bought Playstation 4 instead of Xbox One because of Microsofts failed marketing introduction. 1. Xbox One name of the new gen Xbox confused consumers and 2. Microsoft talked about TV TV TV TV instead of GAMES during the launch! So, this is a real problem. Microsoft Turn 10 needs to sell more copies so the best way to approach this is to grab the PC market too. I mean, look at the numbers. Playstation 4 has sold millions of more units than Xbox One. I don’t know if Xbox One will ever rebound from this. I switched to Xbox because I remember owning PS3 and watching y’all xbox owners get Forza Horizon so I never bought into the hype of Playstation 4.
I’m secretly thankful that Microsoft screwed up so badly with Xbox One’s launch. Without Playstation beating Xbox like a pulp, I highly doubt Microsoft would be so willing to open up their exclusive franchises to PC, because let’s be frank here, all of this is their attempt to salvage the mess they made.
Okay, not so secret now, but you get the idea.
Forza Belongs on PC, along with all the other exclusives that PC is getting like Halo and Gears of war. Times are changing and it’s out of your hands. Long live PC.

No it doesn’t. It started out on the original Xbox and has been on Xbox since. It belongs on console but I am happy its coming to PC.
I hadn’t given much thought to playing this on my PC. It will run Apex in 4k at the High settings just fine but I haven’t played Apex beyond the 1st two races because of the no wheel support. Now that that has changed I may just use my PC for H3 instead. Both me PC and my Xbox play through the same 28" monitor anyway.
Simple answer: Because they can.
My personal answer: Because you don’t want it. 
You do realize console games get cracked also? This is a pretty ignorant thing to say. Basically saying all PC players pirate games.
I owed a Xbone 360 for Forza motorsports 3 back then. Guess what ! Boom red light of death after a year or so and i live in a country where people dont know how to repair it. Now that i have a good PC i am totally happy to see forza horizon 3 come on PC

Forza is my favorite video game franchise of all time. I played every Forza on Xbox 360 and I have almost 5000h in total, didnt played to Forza on Xbox one because the console price was way to high for me (I was a teenager at the time). Now I have a PC and I’m mad because I missed Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 6.
Let say a video game have a budget of X because they can sell it to Y amount of people. the formula is X=Y. So, if you double the amount of people buying your game, your budget is now 2X which mean you have twice the budget to make your video game AKA a better video game!!
I think its great… means when my wife is watching a dvd on the xbone I can play it on my PC in the other room with all my save game etc… I think it is a great choice to bring it to PC.

I have been with this franchise since day one. I have bought all the games multiple times with the best packages I could get. I bought all my consoles pretty much because Forza. And despite that I find it shocking that every COD squeaker comes out of the woodwork to complain about how PC should not get Forza because its “our game” and PC people will ruin the experience like the time people unlocked paints in Forza 4, or the time when unlocked paints were being sold and counter-fitted in Forza 2. Or like the times that people made themselves infinite amounts of money. Because you know… That never happened on console, its just the scary PC people doing all this.
The best argument is cracking the game. And that at its best, is the weakest argument yet. This is MS. not Steam people. Its an APP. Not a game. And to my current knowledge I dont know of a way to hack those but I am sure there is. At the end of the day, people that violate the rules dont just get fun revoked on PC, most likely everywhere they play.
Now let me drop some honestly bombs here. Back when the xbox was new it was expensive and for that time it was great because the only people playing were adults. Same thing with 360 for a time being and not really so much with the one but meh. Now it seems that the people complain the most are people well out of reach of a PC. Thats been MY observation, I get that some of your whiners have PCs for gaming. You guys are just unhappy with life and should start gaming on PS and leave us all alone to our devices. Honesty bomb two and the most important to my rant. I love Forza. Im a car person and I LOVE FORZA. But it was not enough to keep me. I sold my one back in DEC after playing FO4 and getting board. The XBOX titles are not getting better, They seem to be just holding people off until the new disc smell goes away. In January I built a Gaming PC and NEVER LOOKED BACK. But this… This makes me so happy the one thing I miss about XBOX was this. And now I can have it. You complainers suck. You should be ashamed of yourself. This game is about bringing people to the cars that we all love. And now there are thousands more people that will be active in the community because of this. People whom never may have played this game because they dont have a console and why would they buy one when you spend so much to build a PC. This is an EPIC win for everyone involved. And it will forever and always be the moment when stuff changed. When we all got to play together. MR Turn 10 tear down this WALL. And let it be so because we deserve that. We deserve innovation and forward movement. PC gamers deserve this. We have crappy ports and have you seen the titles? AC, PC, and a handful of paid sites that you can race on. Every one needed this. This is a real game changer and its restored my faith in gaming. Especially since all my friends were upset that left. Now I am back and ready to play with you Xbox people rocking my G27.

If you love Forza so much, why would you play on xbox.
30fps sucks for racing games. We get to now play at 60+ fps and 4k resolution.
Everyone on xbox can still play. More sales = more money to put into the next title.
Xbone is dead in the water. PC is the most popular gaming platform in the world. Microsoft isn’t stupid and knows this. It’s why they are transitioning towards all major games releasing on both platforms.
There has never been a better time to be a gamer.
PC has HDR with a long time. Half Life 2 has had it with years and that HDR feature on 4K TV’s is doing exactly what IPS monitors have been doing with years too. Its expanding the colour palette and improving black levels.
That pseudo Software HDR is nothing compared to real HDR.
AFAIK you need a 4k-Screen with 10bit Panel for HDR, everythink else is… meh…
I don’t think you know exactly what HDR is. The lost coast HDR hl2 implementation is completely different to what we are talking about. And it’s not the same as IPS monitors.
