Forza Horizon 3 On PC ? Why!

As a start , PC users Please Do not get mad at me for what i will say , as i am a pc user also

i been shocked since microsoft announce that Forza horizon 3 will be on windows 10 also !

i asked my self why would microsoft do that ? what is the point of release forza on pc , maybe because i love Forza franchise i can’t see it somewhere except xbox ? maybe

but let’s get back to Forza Motorsport 4 , when i saw this game been played on my friend’s xbox 360 i could’t sleep all night trying to convince my father to get me xbox 360 because of this game

Especially and to be honest it was the best moment off my life when i owned the console and the game , then the joy Completed with horizon 1 , forza 5 , horizon 2 , forza 6

when i bought the xbox one its was also because of Forza , not anything else

i used to know that Forza Series is Linked to xbox and nothing else

and now the day is come to see it on pc ! i know it is Exclusive windows 10 , thats not the point of my concern ,

my concern is most of xbox users bought the console because of forza , and yes only forza not even because of another single game

i will not be happy seeing forza 7 on pc ! i will not be happy seeing horizon 3 cracked and been playing for free , i know it wont be online but it will be free !

you remember of course quantum break , its the same method , its cracked now !

i maybe wrong on my opinion but i love this franchise and cant imagine it somewhere except xbox , do you think i am wrong ?

Welll I am happy about it. I’ve got many friends on the pc from other racing games (no simulators) who definitely wont buy a Xbone just for Forza. With FH3 coming to the pc I will be able to play with a lot of them. :smiley:

I bought my Xbox One mainly for Forza as well. It was Horizon 2 that pushed me over the edge to get it.

Does this bother me? Nope. I’m still getting exactly what I paid for on the XO. Not to mention an Xbox that plays Forza is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than a PC that can play Forza at the same level of detail, heh.

Yeah, you never actually said why that bothers you. I’m pretty sure all you lose from this is you can’t brag against PC owners anymore?

ROFL of that , i am a pc owner and my pc can handle forza very very Easy , but i am talking about a series being linked to a console like twins , seems you didnt get my point right

and of course i dont like to see it on pc or any other device , not because i am selfish or anything like that , but because i didn’t bought a console it only to playing it , to find it on pc , compare the ratio of having pc vs xbox , you will find almost there is no one on the planet do not have a pc or laptop , but not all have xbox one , you got it ?

I, for one, do not have a PC that would allow me to play FH3 on it, or Apex for that matter. I’m wondering what is more common for people on these forums, having an Xbox One, or having a PC they can play Forza on.

Since you say you have a PC that can handle it, shouldn`t you rather be weaping tears of joy for finally being able to play a Horizon game at smooth 60 fps and even better graphics? Or at 4k/30fps.?
Up to you what you make of it of course, but I for one am super happy about it.
“Play Anywhere” is something I have been waiting for for years now. I can buy a game in order to run it on PC, but still be a xbox player, play with xbox friends. If I want to I am still free to play it on my console at no extra cost.

Since Forza has always been my main reason to buy consoles (not very impressed with it this gen though) my xbox one now goes to my cousin and I`ll play future “xbox” exclusives on PC. And why not?
Right now I prefer PC gaming, not only for technical reasons, but also because I feel this gen it is actually the more casual choice (seriously!).

Meeting the requirements (even the recommended or ideal ones) doesn’t guarantee any of that.

For myself I dont go by requirements but by the Apex Beta. I can run that at max settings 1080/60, so I think its save to asume that Horizon 3 will work well too (maybe at lower settings since it is more demanding).

He seems over-excited. He won’t know that until the game is out.

FH6A gives us a decent idea but still doesn’t guarantee anything. Call me cynical but I’ve been a PC gamer for a long time, ports can turn bad quicker than it takes a One:1 to go from 0 - 60. Especially when developers think they have us hooked.

Play FH3 at 60 or 120 fps. Then talk back :wink:

i dont think your xbox one can play it in 3440 x 1440p at 60 fps.

all i can say is im really happy its coming out on pc, and dont get me wrong im a console fan also, i own a 360, ps3, ps4 and even a dreamcast ! but PC all the way, about time microsoft unlock the full potential of their best games !

Doesn’t bother me one bit. I have been a gamer since the early 80s and as a result have a lot of consoles sitting around here. A platform holder providing me with more options… including the option to not have to hook up another box? That’s wonderful news. I’ll be happy to play it on both XO and PC.

they mentioned months ago that forza was going to be on PC, Dan didn’t say which Forza’s but he said they will be so you shouldn’t be surprised
