Forza 7 Expansion Wishlist/Speculation

While walking I speculated on what kind of expansions could work for Forza 7. This topic I’m making is for those ideas. Shoot some ideas over here and let’s have some discussion.

Just gonna shoot an idea that I’ve seen around and thought could definitely work. What about a mountain expansion where they bring back Fujimi and maybe add some other cool tracks like Pikes Peak and Akina? However, I’m not sure how possible Akina is as the rights are probably owned by some company but still a cool idea. But as with any expansion, you’ve got to have cars so what about bringing Toyota streetcars back and some real mountain time attack cars. I’m really just spitballing here, but I think it’s a really cool idea. If you have any ideas for this kind of expansion, throw some more car ideas and tracks.

An idea I had was some sort of a Hot Wheels track builder expansion. I know, I know, there would be a ton of backlash, but I don’t care lol

Don’t know if they could top FH3’s expansion though.

Something more realistic would be a rallycross expansion as others have said, if anything.

Pikes Peak will never happen either,Gran Turismo has the rights to that.

Rally racing, dirt and tarmac.

I would really enjoy seeing some of the original FM tracks brought back, as well as the snake series from FM2.

Some of the NASCAR more unique tracks such as Bristol Dover Martinsville would be some nice additions.

So many areas it could go really wishing for how to expand is really just a game of see if you can guess what we are working on. I’ve been happy with the track expansions in the past, car packs not so much.

If I had to venture a guess, rally cross or something to do with the recent news about the IMSA partnership. Either would be ok, but I kinda wish we had some off road tracks for all the trucks they gave us.

I want a track pack but at the very least I want Phillip Island. A rally expansion would be nice too so there’s a reason for having all these off road vehicles in a track racing game.

A rally expansion pack gets my vote.

I would prefer track packs; Motegi, Camino, Tsukuba, Amalfi.

Save all the gimmicky rally and off road for Horizon.

Ditto re. off road, track only here. It would be good to get together all of the forza fantasy tracks in one game. There’s Camino & Amalfi as mentioned above, the Amalfi full version where you go up into the hills is epic. There’s also Fujimi, Sedona & Ladera (I was never fond of Ladera but it made up over half of Camino Extreme -yes please). Why not, I’d even go for the Sidewinder from FM2. There’s no licensing issues. What will we be offered as dlc, more cars lol?!

Yes! Yes! Yes!

This^^ leave the Offroad stuff for the open world of horizon. I would much rather have these tracks.

“Leave the off-road stuff for the open world of Horizon” would make sense if they didn’t have all these SUVs, Race Trucks, and whatnot.

Agreed… but since we have them give me a few real life Trophy Trucks Tracks like Crandon

also, give me these three tracks

Twin Ring Motegi, Mid-Ohio, and Tsukuba

I’d really like to see a rally expansion. We have the cars and rally has been done in Horizon albeit with an arcade feel but surly that could be a starting point to work from.

Rallying I think will be one of the expansions and Toyota.

If they have any sense, they will leave rallying to Dirt. It doesn’t belong on Forza Motorsport. I understand why it’s on Horizon as that is the arcadey little sister.

Better still, scrap Horizon, remove all elements of Horizon from Forza Motorsport, and create a Forza Rally.

Why do you feel it doesn’t belong in Forza Motorsport? We have plenty of rally cars in the game and I have a feeling that this will be a legitimate expansion as will Toyota seeing as it’s not in the main game but there are licensing issues with that. FM6 was the same with Porsche. There are trucks in the game also which makes even more of an argument for it.

Horizon (IMO) is pretty much perfect as it is and doesn’t need a change to be focused purely on rallying.

There were no trucks ( and the likes ) until Forza Horizon. Forza Motorsport is for track discipline, not creating your own track; That’s why Horizon was introduced; to let the drivers drive anywhere; without having to worry about track limits. A bit like a good looking Test Drive. The perfect arcade racer.
