Hey all,
Having issues with my game. One day I was playing, saved my paint job and the game crashed.
Now when I try load the game it gets the infinite loading screen! Have tried deleting snd re installing the game, re synced my save. I don’t know what else to do.
I submitted a ticket via Forza’s support too but have not heard back.

Same thing here. Happened on 5/28. I’ve created multiple tickets with Support and they mark them as solved when the issues are not fixed.
The game will load on an old Xbox One, but not the Series X. Created a new save on the Xbox One, deleted the save on the Series X - re-sync the game and it STILL WON’T LOAD. I’m trying to play from a disk too. Forza support is terrible. They don’t care. The first solution they always go to is delete everything and start over. We’ll put the cars back in your garage, but you’ll lose all the other progress. How is that acceptable? This is clearly an ongoing issue and not just for one or two people.
Unfortunately I only have my series x so I can’t load it up on any other console. I have tried literally everything and anything. Searched on forums and YouTube for the last few days and haven’t stopped.
The fact that there is more than just a few people with this issue I hope Forza can fix this problem ASAP.
Coming up to the release of FH5 I was very keen to grind and 100% complete FH4….
They KNOW it’s more than a couple of people. Microsoft knows too - I’ve had multiple conversations with Microsoft.
It’s incredibly frustrating. If I get an answer that works, I’ll be sure to let you know. If they tell you just delete everything and start over, I can say with 100% certainty for us that it’s not a bad save and that’s terrible advice. The first three replies from them were just delete it and we’ll cars back in your garage. Forget all your progress, points, tunes, etc.
Sure makes you question why we would spend any money on FH5.
happened to me and i got my inventory back after full delete twice
the game added up my total credits 3 billion and said i cheated and banned me for 20 years
i have all this in a support ticket and im waiting for my game to be fixed -__-
Five weeks later and after multiple tickets, they’ve finally just admitted it’s a known issue (after I did a screen grab of their own site). They’ve marked my ticket as “Solved” and will be in touch once there is a fix. Ridiculous.
