So I haven’t played in a while but I thought I’d whip it out tonight and cruise a little. Except that my Xbox won’t have it. I have hard reset over and over and reinstalled once and it still freezes on the load screen. Anyone got any ideas? Xbox one digital version, all the dlc,vip, car pass, etc. Funny thing is my Gold subscription ran out yesterday. That wouldn’t have an impact on playing it, right? Everything I’ve read points to being able to play it offline. Either way, it said it needed an update (580 mb), finished installing, then the freezing started. Had this problem before but it was due to Instant On. Now, I tried Forza Motorsport 6 and it needed an update as well (83 mb), but THAT one started and plays. I’m kinda at a loss. Help?
It’s a known issue that I can’t get an answer how to fix it. Been that way for me for 10 WEEKS now.
So you’re telling me that PG/T10 have had 10 weeks to fix this and have done nothing? Oh boy.
Update: Well, I’ve officially tried everything other than replacing my Xbox. I’ve hard reset, uninstalled local save and re-synced, uninstalled game and dlc and reinstalled, done a combination of all three, and finally reset my xbox to default and reinstalled everything and guess what: Still won’t load. Not happy.
I have over 30 hours into trying and fixing this. Unpaid. LOL.

I finally got it working! I just had to delete my save and start the game over. Let’s just say I’m not exactly smitten right now.
I just got to the horizon final and this problem happened to me
It can be done, you just have to sacrifice yourself to the car gods, I suppose. I’m in better spirits when I realized I can now play through the game with Porsches lol
I was over lvl 450 with ALL of the cars over 1 Million bucks in addition to having hundreds of tunes and designs. Ain’t nobody got time for me to start over like that.
SMFH @ T10/Pground for breaking and not knowing how to fix, or replying about anything. Clearly NOT publicly acknowledging they messed up. That’s fine. I’ll show my disgust with my wallet.
It’s like they know how to take a reservation, but they just don’t know how to hold on to the reservation 
Yeah that sucks. I don’t go that in depth with my games, I’ve only painted a few cars and most my cars are tuned pretty much the same. I just like to play but I think my lvl was in the 200s. It’s a shame either way. One thing’s for sure, If I buy any more of their games, I’m buying the hard copy so I can at least get some of my money back when they stop working.

ı restarted it fixed
