Hey Everyone,
Simply put: My game doesn’t work. Like, at all. It’s been like this for a almost four months. When I click on it in the Xbox One Dashboard it doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t even go into the main screen to try loading up. I’ve tried, literally, everything. Cleared cache, cleared MAC address, reset my xbox to it’s original console settings, downloaded and then redownloaded the game, deleted my profile and put it back up, etc. I know what the next response is: “Have you contacted Xbox Live support?” Yup. After an hour on chat with them they were flumoxed too.
Simply put, I believe this has to be something on the side of Turn 10 since (1) All my other titles work fine and (2) Xbox Live works fine. The strangest thing is it is only this game that behaves this way; all my other downloaded titles work perfectly. I didn’t do anything to warrant a ban (and, I’m assuming if I did, the game would still load up). I’ve confirmed with Xbox Live support that my license, as a purchase, does show on Xbox’s side of things.
I’m really at the end of my rope. I don’t think anything malicious has happened on anyone’s part, but I believe you guys are my last chance to try to get the game working. Here’s the TLDR info for looking into my account, if you can. And if you can’t, that’s perfectly fine too, but I would appreciate some response of “Well, yea, you’re boned, stupid” that way I can move on from this amazing game:
Problem: Game doesn’t even try to load. Have tried every step on Microsoft’s website and contacted Xbox Live Customer Support. My GT is FenrirTheDevil.
