Hi. I’m having trouble trying to play either Motorsport 5 or Horizon 2. They both will not load! I’ve also tried Titanfall - same thing! Is anyone else having this problem?
There have been some live issues the past couple of days, and they are pushing out a new dash update from today. So it could be that the network is too busy and your account is not getting verified or something similar. Try cold booting your xbox and see if that helps.
With your Xbox One turned on, hold the power button for about 10 seconds and then leave it off for around 30 seconds. Then turn it back on and see if that clears it.
