This past Thurs when everyone else was having the trouble with the servers it struck us too. In the middle of trying to save a paint scheme to car the game froze. We had to reboot and eject the disc. Now when we try to launch it gets past the press “A” to start and then stays on the various stats loading page.
Forza has not been helpful in trying to diagnosis this. The one support person said to delete everything and start over. They would help with what the could getting cars back in the garage, etc. I read on another post that if you delete the “save” the last good save will download from the cloud and be good to go. How do I do that? When I look at the game in the My Games & Apps portal there a million different DLCs. Do I have to delete everything?
We just got the new download they sent out and that didn’t fix the issue. We’re playing on an XBox Series X if that makes any difference. Thanks for the help!
