Treasure Hunt BUGGED 'ISO 200' FH5 Series 40 Spring

I loaded into the game and left my garage. I was already driving an s2 998 1999 Lamborghini Diablo GTR so I went ahead and stayed in that car, fast traveled to the highway, and drove through the Autopista Speed Trap going ~275 MPH. The treasure hunt did not get marked as complete. I restarted my game, the problem persists.
