Festival Playlist events and rewards May 25 - June 1 (Summer S21)

Not being funny but it’s always been the quickest solution for any drive a certain distance or perform x skill in Tour/Open, it’s been said many times before on here.

Horizon Open - PG - avoid stadium events - choose car - get into event/dropped in map - do Great Wreckage skill - leave/carry on if you want.

It’s as simple as that.

I picked the easy way, ignore the daily. :+1:

+1 Kudos, I was trying to think of a way to say this

Depends if you want the 100 % - easy way is the Open PGG… No need to even run the event.

I’ll have 1 point missing, but who cares, there will be more missing during next weeks if there are any Tour or Open points.
If there are some stupid picks might also start adding Trials too.

Each to his own I suppose.
If you only have 1 point missing why not spend a couple of mins to finish it off ?

Exactly.
And sorry nothing personal, but if there is one thing I learned from this game is not giving a censored word that has one more letter then dam

I was 100%ing FH4 for quite a while until I made a brilliant decision… I skipped an S2 trial. Once the streak was broken it was much easier to skip things I didn’t enjoy or events with a redundant or autoshow prize.

I have a nearly perfect streak of incomplete series from the beginning of FH5. Alas I did complete the PR themed series.

I did run some PGG today so I have the point in question. It brought me to 42 for the season which is plenty. The only actual prizes in 5 are season/series level. There’s only a few times where there were exceptions. Do what you like but don’t believe the hype.

I’ll have a whole lot more than 1 point missing next series when dumbnuts media hits again. Unless there are some highly highly impressive new cars in the 20 point range. I’ll be boycotting the entire dumbnut series.

Funny, isn’t it? Despite me saying something about NOT having to do stuff earlier I have no problem with whatever Donut stands for, or how obnoxious they may or may not be.

Why? Because I’ve muted all the voices in the game. I’ll just do whatever the task is and move on.

How good is DeBerti F-250? I literally forgot to collect 20pts last week. I’ve only 10pts from Trial

I haven’t touched it. With the exception of the Mustang in FH4. I have found the DeBerti cars to be underwhelming.

Touched it, underwhelmed.

Haven’t tuned it for A800 but for B700 Dirt it’s quite good.
With the Scout, RAM or F100 being meta (Tier 1), the Datsun & F450 SD off-meta (Tier 2) I would rank it Tier 2.5.
For CC it lacks top speed.

Both upcoming old pickups will have more impact I assume.

Thank you all

I’ve been part of the “20 & out” or “snag it from the AH” crowd for a while now, just to secure the “new” cars, but even that has been growing pretty thin & a challenge for me to find the motivation to do it. Even those cars I do get are typically taken for a test drive then left untouched in the garage.
Seems to me, the habitual weekly routine (aka chore list) & FOMO mentality this game creates is a cornerstone of its “success” & likely what sustains it. Not that there’s anything wrong with that necessarily, as I know there are those who look forward to it & enjoy it. I just find those comments from players expressing relief from breaking those habits to be pretty telling as well.

I know I’m 2 hours late, but the best way I’d describe the DeBerti F250 is gimmicky, but the gimmick is locked behind Forzavista.

Not any FOMO involved when you only need a meager 20 point’s for the new car, which takes about 30 minutes to earn, and you have a week to do it.

Well that’s pretty impressive & quite an accomplishment actually so kudos for staying with it. I can also understand the feeling of anxiety in breaking a streak like that, but hopefully it doesn’t come at the cost of your enjoyment of the game.
