thanks to @T10ManteoMax for the lists. I’m happy my PR runs are all suitable this week and I can save myself the pain of the RWD Carrera on hot wheels (I may still publish the video though)

I will put an updated video out tomorrow

Having retro supercars for the Trial and a championship is interesting.

Some of them aren’t really competitive in S1 so I’ll drop them down to A800 and share them for the championship instead.

I would of rather had classic racers in a800 instead of retro supercars, and the retro in a800 over in HW’s. This s1 race in hw with classic racers is going to be odd. I personally have put about 1 percent effort into anything hw since nothing has been done to improve or freshen it up at all since start. Really kind of a boring few points.

The tunes I share for the Hot Wheels championships rarely get much engagement anymore. I think most players skip them.

The HW stunt tunes still do well though.

Always been the same for me to be fair. HW tunes get very little traction and I know many people who just don’t play on that map anymore

hot wheels is an abomination, if I really need the points I’ll do the stunt, but I don’t have 2 hours to go through matchmaking and 2-3 races

they probably let that new guy on the stream come up with the restrictions

Easily able to get that distance in the pontiac in d class doing 144 mph at launch.

Car I got the most air out of for the forest danger sign so far has been the mercedes…

Thumbnails show only the '87 car, be prepared to use that.

(and by ‘be prepared’ I mean ‘leave it stock’, it won’t have a problem clearing the targets)

Got a head start on these. Thanks for the early post. I tuned against the PR objectives and ‘highly skilled’ drivetars for the championships. I use G920&Shifter MC. ABS, no traction or stability. PC

RA PR and Championship: #2 Audi Quattro downtune: 251 782 554

For the PRs '87 Trans Am: 645 562 857

For the SC retro sport car, RX-7 Spirit R: 972 247 479
Edit: I ended up liking the '93 Skyline GT-R a bit more: 160 219 041

Retro Supercar Ferrari 360CS (A800): 106 253 981
“” (S1 900): 765 843 008
Edit: I ended up using the '82 911 3.3T for the last two. 694 428 122 (P.S. you apparently can’t share a tune with “911” in the title :/)

Ended up using the 911 GT1 for the Trial (GT1 apparently also flags with inappropriate content). Got a close second to a real driver: 130 946 007

I haven’t raced it yet, but this tune for the '21 Lambo Countach feels pretty solid: 735 832 120

Ahhh… only the '87 Trans Am… well, back to the tuning board…

The 87 is horrible compared to the 1977…the alignment using telemetry is ridiculous if you don’t want your outer tires on fire.

It doesn’t need a tune. I got stock:

  • 125 m / 411 ft on Launch Control, with run up from the speed trap
  • 105 mph / 169 kph on Los Árboles, coming from the south corner
  • 86 mph / 139 kph on La Sílica, coming from the beach on the east

I know there are issues with how some telemetry things appear in “stats” - is that maybe a related thing? I’m not in the game to find our right now but if you look at the relevant tab you’ll see a couple of the figures are completely mad.
