Big Thanks! :+1:

I’m not sure exactly how accurate this will end up being but I ended up mistakenly doing Pop Up Headlights in the preview thread a couple of weeks ago, Shadowsbane said the GTO Judge didn’t work for a daily that required pop up’s so I’ve removed that and added the Esprit from this week in…

Pop-Up Headlights! - Seasonal Championship (Forza Horizon 5) - YouTube

The cars you see from about 1:55-3:20 here definitely are eligible, and of course it being an A class event the ‘view eligible cars’ should show if a good chunk of the rest of my list is too.

Providing that they’re eligible I’d recommend the Trueno (UnworthyPleb), Stratos (K1Z Jumpy), 240SX (Zookiiwi), Countach (KapienPL) and the 914/6 (Pleb again).

Cheers for the list

Been awhile since i give the Trueno a run, so I’ll be quite happy to do some laps in it before the festival drops.

Looks like I’ve locked down the Toyota 2000GT for the Trial as well. Handles nicely and i consistently placed first in it so that kinda nailed it for me :+1:

thanks for the list. I don’t think there are too many clear favorites in pop-ups, A800 dirt is a good free-for-all and I suggest everyone just pick whatever car you prefer for this one. I’ll probably run the Z06 from the photo challenge

Extremely intelligent 365 GTB/4 user who reminded me of Michael Schumacher :s

Tune is shared for the 2000GT but go with Rock’s 300SL or Cashless’ Miura instead, mine’s slightly better for Riviera but those two will be much better on Jardines.

Hopefully that isn’t too offensive/doesn’t bother telling enough of the truth about that 365 user for whoever evidently couldn’t deal with it in the original post.

Anyway ridiculously touchy, overly sensitive person aside I’ve just been through the Pop Up Headlights list I guessed at yesterday and checked each one by putting them all in A class, a few ended up surprisingly not being available (the Esprit '80 for example) to select so barring ones I missed completely here’s what I ended up with, I’ll save this in case the restriction ever comes up again.

The '80 Esprit must have been too new for them to have added it to the category yet because it definitely has pop up headlights.

Time to delete the tune I shared for it. :slightly_frowning_face:

In another “what were you thinking” moment, the weekly has you win a race THEN spend money on upgrades? Really?

I said I loved the Bentley:

Took it really easy - overtook AI within first few metres and cruised home - my teammates didn’t try to ram me or couldn’t catch me. Very satisfactory and enjoyable.
