Dannis6217, please use a spoiler! There is no need to shout so much at the beginning of each season about your completely mediocre tunings. Be a little more modest. I would understand if you were a really great tunings creator, but unfortunately that’s far from the case.
And I don’t want to say anything about the designs at all, since they are even worse than the tunings, I don’t understand why you are publishing all this so diligently … but in any case it is not forbidden, but just use a spoiler, please.

Unfortunate timing lol but I was about to post this regardless, avoid the Merc 190E entirely for the Trial, it’s stock rear wing is adjustable but the values are so abnormally low that it generates almost 0 downforce, and your only other upgrade option is removing the wing altogether for absolutely 0.

All the car is any kind of good for with a conventional setup is Goliath thanks to the busted rear aero letting it have a very high top speed, which I found out first hand as my time on that board is with it, #263 despite the car’s power-weight being poor which anyone can see for themselves as I have that Goliath tune shared, I wouldn’t have a chance of getting it anywhere near that position on a single other road course.

If anyone’s recommending or sharing a tune for it for this upcoming Trial it’s perfect proof that they’re just a tune sharer, not an actual tuner, the latter would not put it out there at all when there are so many faster, consistent and easier to control options, but a tune sharer will happily throw one out just to hoover up some downloads from unaware players.

Agreed. Same goes for the PR stunts. We’ve all been playing this game for years and know what routes / cars we like to use to get the job done - especially as they’re all repeat seasons these days.

Your continual struggles with any slightly tricky drift zone over the course of this game’s playlists says otherwise.

And now i’m mildly annoyed that we don’t have a Toyota rally monster so i can go for an all toyota run in the main championships.

Guess i’ll just have to use the Scooby ARX and squint rrreeeaaalllyyy hard…

Do you think anyone will notice:

All my own tunes this time with the builds being fairly simple, all on Streets or Stock if the car has pretty good ones for B class, left all the stock AWD cars (Audis, Alfa 155 and Nissan Stagea) out for the usual reason, I’ll share the Tsuru tomorrow night.

B Retro Saloons (Emerald Circuit)

Nissan Tsuru – 53.153
BMW M3 ’97 – 53.287
BMW M3 ’05 – 53.437
Ford Sierra Cosworth – 53.587
BMW M5 ’03 – 53.637
Toyota Chaser and BMW M3 ‘91 – 53.720
BMW M5 ’88 – 53.771
BMW M635 – 53.862
Volvo 850 R – 53.963
VW Santana – 53.987

Merc 500E – 54.088
Merc AMG Hammer Wagon – 54.104
Merc AMG Hammer Coupe – 54.137
BMW M5 ’95 and Vauxhall Carlton – 54.179
Merc 190E (Goliath tune) – 54.238
Bentley Turbo R – 54.371
Merc E55 AMG – 54.421

Merc 190E (Dannis6217) – 57.758

Most of those bottom cars aren’t bad per se but simply too heavy.

That was a long time ago. I can do them all fairly easily these days, even though still using the wheel and manual gears.

Thanks for your concern though. :+1:

… just September if we’re keeping it real.

So if there’s consistent long posts from a member you don’t want to see, the best option imo is to block them on this site.

??? What ???

Managed to complete series 38 just fine, though this series (54) was more based on series 15 which was also fully completed.

Yep fairly straight forward season.

Only things of note were:

my usual ability to go from superstar to washout between races on cross country.

One of the fastest AI 959 dakars i’ve ever seen in the 1st race in the dirt championship. 2:15 isn’t that fast and wasn’t on form but it felt a bit odd for Highly skilled. 2nd race was an easy drive to get everyone home before the AI.

Road race was, intresting… had a nice battle in my celica with a miata for 2nd on horizon circuit but got the 1st place lvl7 240sx on plaza and he was very not happy about being passed. He tried riding my rear and full on dive bombing but he still couldn’t get 1st back. He then started driving the wrong way on the last lap in an attempt to ram me but without his sillyness i git a proper fast lap in and finished before he got to me

I really am scraping the barrel here, haven’t done a non-joke Trial in ages, wanted to drive but was completely lost for something specific to do….

Really uneventful, probably saw my teammates for less than 10 seconds in total across the 2 races, E55 user must have been on Drags as we were the top 2 before the first corner of Emerald, but it doesn’t need a genius to work out from their final position + times how they/their car was in the corners.

My Tsuru was surprisingly good on Estadio, thought it might have been underpowered but my quickest lap was only 0.9 or so off my Rivals time, even with me being fairly conservative just to make sure of no silly errors.

Trial was relatively uneventful for me too. I think I was in that high-PI Merc wagon, and I found it to be a real handful. It was way spicier than our old 80s Taurus family wagon. that’s for sure.

The really funny part of the playlist was Hide and Seek. I was the hider, and I don’t even know if there were any other players in the session. If there were I didn’t see them on the map once, so I spent four minutes driving in a big circle until the goal popped up. Not exactly compelling gameplay.

Yeah on my go of hide and seak i honestly thought i was the only seaker. I was certainly the only one using the radar…
