Same here completed race, pop up message to say I had won the Treasure Chest, but no icon on map or treasure chest! Have also done two more different races, no joy!

Same problem. Did the race and the “Press X to blah blah blah” message appeared. Pressed X, went to map and no circle. Went to the place and the chest wasn’t there. Retried the race again but nothing happened.

I have the same issue with the treasure hunt. The message did show up on screen, but because i had to look after what my cat was doing, i did not press the button in time. The message disappeared and simply won’t show up again. I have closed and restarted the game several times and i have even played the game via cloud gaming for a while, but the message does not REappear, no matter what i do. And no, redoing the challenge does not help either. Had the same problem with a treasure hunt during series 4, although i actually did press (!) the button back then. That is why i think, it may not even really matter if you press the button or not. But what do i know, i am clearly not a genius like the people at Playground.
Frustrating, to say the least.

If you do Forzathon step 3 with B tune, you knock out both 3 and 4. I wasn’t sure if it’d work, it did!
Finally got the car pass date bug. No Speedster for me. Did restart before season too
Trial I was gridded last or 2nd last. Guess I was the deadweight. AI made it fun, tune wasn’t happy. Dead last x2 won anyway. Sometimes people caught out.

That wallriding warning might’ve been better suited for the Forzakart EventLab. One of the Drivatars against me was in the Tankpool and couldn’t fit under the roof before the last down ramp of the lap.

For those having trouble with the treasure chest, in addition to a hard reset if playing on console, don’t forget to also try switching from Horizon Life to Horizon Solo and back again. Some have claimed going to their house, backing out, waiting for refresh, etc. to help, but I’ve never had success with it, but I have on rare occasions had success by switching from Horizon life/solo/life in addition to switching cars.
Not guaranteeing it’ll work for you, but it’s worth a try. Good luck, and hopefully you get it sorted asap.
I just love having to figure out what hoops to jump through to be able to play this game. It’s almost like a treasure chest inside a treasure chest

This Treasure Hunt is very broken, i was just driving My upgraded Ariel Nomad and suddenly the Treausre Hunt was completed, it didnt even tell me to open the map for the Treasure or anything and the icon for the Treasure doesnt even show on the map for me. Well atleast it shows as completed on the festival playlist but that is one less Treasure for the accolade.

If the mods went so tight about threads we could just have dedicated threads for these separate issues instead of locked junk cluttering up the forums. And information buried so deep people have to search through a ton of stuff to find what they need.

Ah yes, I’d forgotten to try the life - solo - life flaming hoop of fire dance ! Thanks Tredawn, will try that next go. Just back from the hard reset, a couple more cars, brand new car, more tunes, more nothing. Even tried the Cosworth per LuculentPigeon8 suggestion since it was an option for the Event Lab I did to try shake the Treasure Chest loose. No dice there either. It’s bugged good this week.
Has anyone reported it ? I would but I think I’m blacklisted in the ticket system, or they’ve simply stopped the autoreply to everyone, because the last couple tickets I sent in had zero acknowledgement. Not even the lame “solved” autoresponse.

Depending on how many Seasonal Games events Series 7 has, people may be able to finish the Festival Playlist accolade group. The “Series 0” playlist had Weekly and Photo challenges and Seasonal Games, but no Trial. If everything’s been done, the Forzatographer (complete 25 photo challenges) accolade can be completed this week. Drivatar Destroyer (complete 25 trials) and Hardcore (complete 26 Weekly challenges) can be completed next week. There have been 21 Seasonal Games so far (Series 5 Summer and Winter and Series 6 Autumn and Spring didn’t have games), so if Series 7 has games in each season, that could complete Games Master (complete 25 seasonal games), completing the group. I skipped the games in Series 2 Winter, so I’ll need to go into at least Series 8.

Ain’t that the truth. The sad truth. I was going to give reporting a try again, more out of curiosity, but figured I’d check the Known Issues first, and yep, updated today :
- Festival Playlist - Treasure Hunt - Challenge may not complete and treasure chest does not appear. (Date Updated: 04.21.22)
So, no point in reporting it I guess. Also sad but not surprised to hear the life - solo - life didn’t work. I’ll probably still try it, like most things, could work for some and all I have to waste is more of my time lol
They’re very good at the taking reports and updating the list of issues…

For whatever reason the accolade for having completed every Horizon Tour Challenge during a series just hasn’t unlocked for me in series 1 - 5. I am actually holding off on playing the current Horizon Tour, in the unlikely case that PG might fix this issue with the next update (hopefully next thuesday, before the end of series 6)

I just noticed the same this series, but I’m not 100% sure I did do them all somewhere along the line, between bugs and such. I thought I would have, especially in the series I finally got through bug free and got Min Meet Max. I had decided it was too late this series to pay attention and plan to track it closely next series… presuming there is a next series…

The Horizon Tour challenges have been buggy for months. I just checked the series history, there weren’t any in Series 4 or 5, this week’s is the first since the last season of Series 3. And the Tour event for this week has been checked off for me since the beginning of the series. Isn’t it already checked off for you? First time I start up in a new series, I’d get pop ups that the Co-Op Tour was completed, even in 4 and 5 when they weren’t in the playlist. Don’t remember exactly when that started occurring.
I checked my accolade, I got it on Dec 2, which would’ve been the first day of the last season of Series 1. Do you have the Tours completed in Series 1? If you didn’t finish them in Series 1, maybe they were working then and an update broke them afterward, with the buggy auto-completion allowing Min Meet Max to pop, but not the accolade.

That’s what I figured messed it up for me, they were often auto-completing, at least in part, for quite a few series. I don’t think it auto-completed last series, and know it didn’t this. Wonder what the odds are the accolade will drop this series when I finish it ?
