Looks like this may have been addressed after today’s update. I’m yet to play online but reading the notes this sounds like it directly answered this thread.

FM Release Notes and Fixed Issues | 10 Mar 2025 (Update 18):

For those curious, it was 8 months from the suggestion being made to the suggestion being implemented.

31 votes, though vote count isn’t the core metric that determines whether something gets greenlit or not.

We are closing out this issue. The developers have noted this issue as Fixed as of Update 18 on 03.10.25
