For 2 days now i have been unable to continue my career. I can do everything else. Please advise.

Have to full reset game every time it happens, which has a happened a few times now for last two days since purchase & install
I just looked on the known issues page,
and so many issue’s…
When updating the event schedule, an error message always comes up, which means that multiplayer play is no longer possible.
Only restarting the game will help.
The latest event schedule has not yet been retrieved from the server.

I get this as well and ALOT of the times i get no credit to my rating. Many races have been a complete waste of time, assuming that’s the culprit.
Same here. Got through the introduction and the first race of Modern Cup, now can’t continue.
Requiring a connection to play single player really sucks. I hope this gets changed. I certainly won’t be sticking around if I can’t play due to server connectivity issues.

Get stuck in updating schedule message after exiting a MP race some times , fails over and over to update schedule . Cant exit or cancel it , must quit FM
When trying to progress in the builders cup, super sedans, I get the message the data for this event has not yet been retrieved. And then I get a time out message.
Before the patch I could enter the same tournament but it would then freeze after the race while loading. Requiring a restzrt of the application only to find the progress of the race was gone and the race had to be redone.
I tried restarting the series but the same error message
I then tried to try another series, mx-5 cup and then the game crashes trying to buy the car. Also a never ending loading screen.
All the crashes seem the same. Some loading or saving not working. The game does not freeze but is stuck in some event without a timeout.
This has been my experience from the beginning.
Is there any troubleshooting available? Do I delete the whole game and save data and start again?
Having the same issue myself when trying to replay the Le Mans event in the same series
The featured multiplayer servers and lobbies are constantly unstable and there is no coherent flow into the next lobby.
Constantly getting “updating event scheduled failed” and having to restart the game.

I have this issue too; however, it isn’t happening during the Builders Cup- It’s happening in the Featured Multiplayer mode. Some days, it happens after every race, and the only fix is to restart the game. Note I’m on PC using the GamePass/WinStore version.

I keep having the issue where I get into a lobby, spend 15 or so minutes qualifying and practicing and then the game hangs with 1 second on the intermission timer. The only thing I am able to do is quit the Xbox Home Screen and find a new lobby. It is happened on all 4 races I have tried to do tonight.

Yup I’ll spend forever in practice/qualify and then boom, crash to desktop when the race loads, or it hangs on an infinite loading screen.
This game is a dumptster fire.
Same thing. Just lost 30 minutes of my limited playing session qualifying for a race, just for the race to spend 5 minutes stuck at 1 second on intermission.
Race eventually started and then everyone immediately got a 1:50 timer to end the race. Since each lap takes 2m everyone was market as DNF

Exactly what happens to me on the PC, new since the first patch
This just happened to me and a friend of mine 3 times in a row. Please fix this as I actually do want to play.
Why PC players are in multi player lobbies with 180FPS. I thought MP was locked at 60 fps to even the game play when we cross play with pc and xbox series x gamers
