I got something to say to you in regards to all of these content updates & the NASCAR Expansion… Kudos on a job well done! Everything that you added in regards to content updates & the NASCAR Expansion itself is a most welcomed addition to an already superb racing game!

There’s plenty of haters that will call me a fanboy but I don’t give a… well… I’ll just say I don’t care. While they are hating I’ll be driving a Gen 6 stock car or in the paint booth making many retro/classic/old school paint schemes!!!
Agree. I complain about Turn 10, but honestly I’ve played this game a ton & they just keep adding to the game . Keep up the great work! You guys have made a game that I couldn’t of imagined back when I was a kid playing F1 on my PS1.
Well said. The NASCAR Expansion looks nice and the content added with it should help everyone. Sure, there are a few bugs, as there are with nearly every content update.
I’m sure Turn 10 is already working to resolve the issues with league points, vibration and the other things people have reported.
I’m happy with the NASCAR expansion and I believe it just increased the playability value of FM6 significantly, for me anyway. I judge games by how much quality entertainment value they offer. I figure an hour at Dave and Busters will cost me well over $20 (probably $50+). So, If I am going to pay for a game it should offer me at a minimum 3 hours of quality game play. I apply the same rule to any DLC. Considering the hundreds of hours I will play the base game, I can easily justify buying DLC. Add the hundreds more that I will play NASCAR, and it’s all gravy.
Turn 10 and Microsoft Studios do a great job with Forza. But they sell to a variety of entitled groups and individuals who find fault with everything. For the life of me, I just cannot understand why they torture themselves with a product they hate so much…Oh yeah, it’s because there isn’t a console racing game that holds a candle to Forza Motorsport.
I’ve had this conversation with just about everyone I’ve played with who can actually drive.
The consensus is Forza is amazing when it comes to graphics, track detail, car selection and physics. The physics alone keep some playing while other play simply because the love for racing. The frustrating issues are wreck fest multiplayer and insane boredom due to lack of features. Most seemed to be puzzled how T10 could hit a grand slam for some things but completely fall on their face with others. You’ve now been informed.
And then you have those who just rant and rave about trivial things. Lol.
Maybe that’s why I’m generally pleased with the Forza series. I have 5, 6, and FH2, but I’ve only been playing a few months if that. I’m addicted, but still, it’s a short time in the grand scheme of things. Anyway, the point is, I don’t race online, so I don’t run into (pun intended?) that particular frustration. I’m actually sparing the rest of you from my crap drving LOL. If I’m in single player and I miss braking soon enough in a curve, or my brake rating isn’t as high as I expect it, or whatever… and I accidentally ram or even just tap someone, it’s only a bot, so I can hit rewind (dunno whether that makes a difference in the long run or not) and send a “sorry” out into the world, and try again. I’m not messing up anyone else’s racing.
And, while I’m miffed I didn’t get pretty much any of the VIP gifts or community gifts like I did with FM5 and FH2, I’m hoping that my email will one day be answered and that will be fixed. I’m still going to play, and enjoy the game, because I still find it fun.
This game is awesome as are the previous installments. There isn’t a perfect anything and certainly issues exist but the end result is I’m putting a lot of time into this game and intend to put a whole lot more. Thanks t10. Love it.
For ME personally, this is the best expansion pack ever on Forza (I said ME)…Great Job T10!!! Maybe some vintage NASCAR machines will be added down the road, Thanks again!!!
Nice, mods say they don’t close threads if they or the rest of the community doesn’t agree. Yet they locked tachyons thread because he dissagrees with turn 10. This threads all about how turn 10 does a wonderful job and nothings wrong and would you look at that, not locked. I dont see why this doesnt deserve a lock. If tachyons thread gets locked this should be locked too. As the mod said on tachyons post, why doesn’t the OP post onto another thread that talks about how good turn 10 is? Because that’s the logic that’s being used here. None of us have anything against the people at turn 10 personaly. We don’t dislike them as a person, we just dislike some of the choices they make with this game.
No one cares what you have to say. You are the child that sits eating boogers in the sand box yet you don’t understand why no one likes.
When will you realize this forum is available to you use under the terms and agreements that you agreed to? If you don’t like how the mods handle thread make yourself scarce.
