Can someone please help me, i was having problems with another game and microsoft told me to remove and redownload profile. After doing that my forza 5 wouldnt sync to cloud and i spent a day on phone to them trying to fix it. Ive lost all game progress my cars my credits my designs vinyls basically all work since day one inc my vip gifts. Game basically puts you back to level 0 each time you turn console off. Microsoft told me to post here and turn 10 might fix it for me. I have spent so much money and over 500 hrs on this game and had finished all races to date. Please help.
