Help!!!
I tried playing it earlier today like everyone else and obviously couldn’t.
Now it finally starts up and i have lost all my progress and cars!!!
I bought the gold early access edition.
What/who do I speak to to get help???

All solved guys, Microsoft support did a reset and managed to re link it to the cloud
I am having a cloud sync issue as well - did you log the issue anywhere else but here?
Just dit nov 27th update and same issue. How did you get MSFT to reset your sync or how did you get in touch with them?
Got in touch with MSFT support and he got me to delele my profile, do hard reboot of my xbox, reinstall my profile and IT FIXED THE PROBLEM. I got my progress again.
How long did it take them to tell you to do this? It’s been 4 days now from me emailing about the issue and I haven’t received any help
Seriously? How can you delete then reinstall your profile?

hi i have a similar problem on a xbox one how did you contact Microsoft support ? i love all the forza games but turn 10 have properly messed this game up if anyone from turn 10 read these messages you are letting your loyal customers down this isnt good enough.
I’ve just removed my account from my xbox one x and just added it again, started up forza and it has loaded back my progress!
I did this and it did not work unfortunately.
Same here. Literally just got off of microsoft support chat and my game is in the same state of having a new save file started
