I did some testing and 60 fps and 100 fps (60 v-sync on 100hz monitor gives u 100fps) have same lap times with these settings so idk…
82.5/72.5 is just u trying to run more than 120 fps in multiplayer, and all u need to do is to change monitor refresh rate to 100hz and u can enjoy 100 fps.
I’ve no issue with a standard tuned P550 in any class. Well, apart from I think it’s a fugly car.
I don’t even mind so called meta cars in general but the speed of the “glitched” 550 without suffering any handling loss through the turns spoils races in the lower classes imho.
I roll my eyes so hard when someone finishes way ahead of the field in one. And even harder if they handbrake it across the line as if it was the driver not the car.
I will admit it takes some practice to drive one and adapt to it’s weird characteristics as I found out when using one in a HLR HLC @hakone. Haven’t driven one since.

Personally I like to use non aero standard tuned p550 in b class, it stacks rly well vs other meta cars.
But yeah bugged one is… Weird, tried it once, and difference on Hakone straight is almost like driving car from one class Higher… (I was setting some rivals laps in e class using shared p550 tune)
But that’s true for all meta cars.
I’m not sure if people fully realize the pace difference between meta and an average class car.
It’s like driving a car half a class above.
Yesterday a Multi-Class Road Atlanta was stacked with 3 Monacos at the top. To provide some challenge I swapped from a Huracan Evo to my Monaco and instantly went over 3.5 seconds/lap quicker.
So, while I wouldn’t have had a chance to get podium with my Huracan I won by over 18 seconds in the Monaco.
Bet you didn’t E-Brake it across the line though!?
Haha Yes. Just drive across the line normally…
Forzaverse chat threads are exhausting. Couldn’t bring myself to figure out what the sauce is behind this tuning BS. So what’s the deal? I saw some tuning examples laid out and it sounds like it’s basically a bunch of settings that are mostly-normal, but with softer springs, maxed out suspension geo settings, maxed out bump settings, and basically tricking the game into compressing the springs 24/7, all tied to FPS caps, which somehow adds a bunch of magic grip at the expense of being an RNG glass cannon
Am I getting this right

Do you have any example numbers that you could share with us please? I want to poke around but I got tired of looking at Discord numbers where I couldn’t tell what was a real “inside” copy and what was a joke

All I know is that.
Setting rebound to max
Bump to ~8.6
Springs to ~ 30%
Allows u to cut thought curbs like nothing, while still being able to turn normally (usually soft springs make car understeery)
And that allows u to run min ride height since u don’t need to care about curbs that much.
Min ride height allows for better stability, and shorter suspension travel, with allows u to set anti squat to -50 w/o it usuall drawbacks, but keeping all benefits, and that is better grip when accelerating.

I’m not sure if that’s what everyone’s talking about based on clips posted on Forzaverse by WIL Eclipse. It doesn’t look like this is about easier drivability, but a grip bug that makes cars take turns several tenths faster per corner at the expense of yeeting off at random
All I can see is videos of JSR members (or at least one member) leaving the POV car in the dust after a handful of bends
Yeah probably, but I don’t see anything like that with this lap so idk tbh
There has been some back and forth amongst people i talk to about whether to share the basics. I know 1 tune that works for sure and the basics for applying it. I’ve been debating making a video on it, with or without the tune I’m unsure of right now.

Hmm from my experience I can say only one thing
More people will know the better lol
- It will force devs to fix It
- If not… It will allows all players to use it.

Well I don’t care about this bug anyway since I hate how car handles with maxed out roll center, but I’m happy that I got info about suspension setting that fixed curb issues for me that nascar update made…
Given that a similar issue (specifically for the Porsche 550) was reported last year, is there a chance that it could be addressed in Monday’s update, or is it more likely a “later this year” thing?

Don’t forget there is a bug if hit the curbs just right it gives you extra speed and grip it could all play a role.
if u make a custom resolution with 119hz u can play at almost 120fps in mp!

RR97 is roadrunner, and he is crazy fast.. dont think he needs to exploit the tuning to get a fast time
