Whose the best tuner right now for all classes? not every tune shows stats?

i see a tune by worm alot for c class and that’s bout all i seen him do. i miss the most downloaded stats to know which is the best well most popular anyway

i noticed alot people do not focus on handling and they should its vastly important.

i suck at tuning and give up on learning. i just want to drive i get 3 hours a day to play and i don’t want to spend them testing.

Tbh, your best chance is to look here…:

http://forums.forza.net/turn10_topics50_Tuning-Shop-Catalogs.aspx

…and see which tunes best suit your driving style. After, follow that tuner in the game by going into “load setup”, recommended tunes, search for the applicable gamertag of your favourite tunes and press “y” then “follow creator”. There tunes should show up more often under “load setup” after that.

I use a lot of v12 braveheart’s tunes as they suit my driving style (handling over power) got a lot of pbs with them, he also streams on twitch quite regularly too if u wanted to pick up a few tips

FYI: Tuned By Worm is actually TG Wormburner. He was invited to tune an overall tune for each car so people had something to start off with. He does not have access to this account and does not benefit from it

There’s no such thing as “best tuner” as a fact. It’s all based on preferences.

As a fact “preference” is an excuse for a bad tune. Some cars are easier to drive then others, therefore harder to tune '63 VW Beetle for example.

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of good tunes being shared.

TPR Guys have some up, Fat Burns, V12 Braveheart, Mr.Fade, I Lee I, are a few I can recommend.

I totally agree with the second line here. I sat, one night, going through share-front tunes for some B Class cars; musta spent close to 200k and still didn’t come out with anything worthwhile.

As for good honest tunes, PTG always deliver. TN Eagle has a fair few good tunes, too.

You are actually correct Alcadrios! There is no such thing as the “best tuner” purely because everyone has a different driving style, in other words personal preference.
Example, My assists are everything off, that’s driving/braking line, TCS, et cetera, and I run Sim steering.
If I was to run a tune which was made when the driver was running Assists, it would most likely not be able to keep in control with my assists so to say that it’s an “excuse for a bad tune” means your saying that we all drive the same, we all use the same assists and run the same line just NO!

With that in mind, the best tuner is yourself, why? Because you know how you like a car to feel may that be with a little understeer or oversteer. Everyone has the capabilities to tune, it’s actually whether you take into consideration that YOU have to learn.

Some people may tune in a way which you like but that wont be tuned to your full potential. And yes, there’re bad tunes and there’re good tunes but it’s only you who truly knows how you drive.
And BTW the 63’Beetle is easy to tune, it’s just the build you need to find! And as for people not sharing good tunes, where would the competition and excitement be if everyone was to share the “best” tunes/builds. And I’ve been told that the hackers are back taking paints and tunes soo…
Hopefully that explains from my point of view,
RR

Well, its a long process to learn to tune. Some prefer to simply race.

Not really, 2 different car can have similar result.

Exactly. One tune could be just a little better than the other. Bad is bad, you can’t argue that. Once the excuses go away progress is made quickly.

Or it could simply be different.

Lol, whatever. Bad different. I’ve driven cars from the tuning marketplace since the beginning of FM2 I have been able to drive every single car. Some were good, others okay, and some were bad. My preference had no influence on that.

If something is tuned well everybody will be able to drive it. If something isn’t then we start to make excuses like “preference”, “driving style”, etc. Some cars are hard to drive, regardless of tune. Some cars are easier to drive regardless of tune. They are cars that can run top 100’s on just a build. So please keep pushing your agenda.

I made tune that knocked 1-2 sec off mine and a couple of friends times. They try all the top tunes (similar builds) with no luck. I tune the so it was more forgiving. This tune would probly be slow for a top drive. Now does this make my tune bad?

This. A bad tune will make you slower. A good tune will make you faster. A better tune will make you faster still. One man’s meat is another man’s poison. That’s pretty much it.

Wrong! A tune which makes you slower yet it’s No.1 on a track is bad? I have many tunes capable of No.#1’s yet some people can’t drive them and some can…
Use are all making this about whether the tune make’s YOURSELF faster and if not, concluding that it’s rubbish… it doesn’t necessarily means that it’s bad!!
This is why tuning is all PERSONAL PREFERENCE!! Exactly what ECT Loco UBoG cannot understand.
I like tunes which are relatively stiff while some don’t, either way it’s whatever suits YOU!
This is why when some asks me whether they should make something softer or stiffer to make them faster I tell them you find out. It’s the only way to find YOUR style!
This is slowly getting beyond a joke!
Anyone else want to say that tuning has nothing to do with your own style?
RR

You see that is your problem, “I’ve driven cars from the tuning marketplace since the beginning of FM2 I have been able to drive every single car.”
Your searching for cars that suit YOUR style! So hence why you think that the tune and build is pretty much everything when it’s not.
If you believe that there is no such thing as “driving style” and personal “preference” then there is no hope for you as you have no experience in tuning, I guess. Why?
Because your oblivious to your own driving style! You drive cars which suit yourself but don’t actually know why.

Oblivious is a word best to describe your reading comprehension. If you go and download a few tunes from the tuners here. Will you not be able to drive them? Will some be good? Will some be bad? I didn’t search for anything. I simply tried some others tunes. With nothing in mind but setting a pb. I have had good experiences and bad. I’m sure every one else here the same. It’s funny when people don’t understand the English language especially when they are from the mother land of that language. Go ahead and insult me, it just demonstrates my point that when people’s built in excuses are taken away they get mad.

a 900hp Cougar is hard to drive. PERIOD. A 97 Civic is a lot more user friendly. The ability to drive either to there max potential is exclusive from the tune itself.

I think you missed my point. I never said everyone has tuning competencies, nor it’s easy to tune cars. However if we would make our own tuning contest, the “best tuner” will most likely be different, because the cars used are different, the tracks are differents, the classes are different, we don’t drive carsa the same way, etc.
