Attn: T10,The Playground Select car pack is not giving free cars the first time,the game is asking for credits,i did a hard restart and still no go,just letting you know.
I got the same problem, also tried the hard restart but didnt changed anything.
Hell,i’m just buying em!
I will wait until the problem is fixed.
Wouldn’t mind this except for the $1.7M McLaren. I’ll wait for them to fix that one … lol.
The ef has a rather odd bug if you fit a race supercharger, it’s totally silent. Not the supercharger, the car is silent as in no engine sound.
I have the same problem, the game makes me pay for the cars. Fix this T10, please.

It’s the same for everyone. I’m pretty sure they are aware of this and they’ll fix it soon enough. Just take a chill pill and everything should be alright.
Well I had 8mil something,still have 5. something left,i’m good.
Phew… Its good to know other people are having the same un-free car problem as me… I even contacted Xbox Support and they directed me to a care sales site called Forza… Lol. At least I know my game or whatever isn’t screwy.
Yep getting the same thing here, at least I am not the only one, same problem has happened with 2 other car packs I’ve noticed in the past as well.
I can’t download the car pack at all. The game updated when I started it up about an hour ago but, when I go to unlock the pack/buy a car, I get the message “This is exclusive content and can not be purchased at this time”. I tried resetting the game and resetting my console. Sill no fix. 
Pretty sure you need to go through the forza hub app to get it. Have you already done that?
edit: might also be accessible just through the xbox store, i don’t know if it’s hidden and ony accessible via hub app or if hub app is an unnecessary step

I downloaded the Playground Games select car pack today from the Forza Hub. When i checked the autoshow, every car in the pack costed credits. Even the Civic Si which was supposed to be the free car of the pack cost credits. Does anyone else have this issue or have a solution?
But how can I get these chill pills and how much will Turn 10 charge for them!

Has to be done through the hub,the only way it will let you download it.
Yes I’m having the same issue as well. The game is charging me for the cars. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the car pack and also restarting the game and my Xbox but I can’t get the cars unless I spend tokens or cash. Hopefully Turn 10 fixes this glitch ASAP in the Playground car pack. Not paying $1.7 million for the F1 GT.
