All the car pack cars isn´t free for me for the first buy. Any help?

Its first time I buy other than standard edition of Forza, and was wondering the same. I bought the ultimate edition, and can someone pls enlighten me if Im supposed to get this for free?

I’m having the exact same problem. It’s my first time with a car pass (or even buying a pack) and I have the pack downloaded and installed but I can’t get the cars available for my garage. I have to pay for them. I thought it might just be me. I came here because I was going to contact support, but I didn’t really see anywhere to do that on this site.
Having the same issue. Bought the Ultimate Edition and even though the car pass is installed it isn’t being picked up in game that I own the new car pack.
There obviously are some issues.
I will also add that I’m part of the Xbox One Preview Program and I’m using the New Xbox Experience, so it could be buggy from that.
I’ve got the ultimate edition. Car pass downloaded but still asks for payment of car pack however in the game when opening the find cars menu all the car pack cars are available to use free?
Do they download the car pack without the need to select it from the marketplace?
I did notice if you go to the market place the ‘pack’ doesn’t show as purchased but if you go look at individual cars they should all show as purchased. And yes, starting in FM5 they started allowing you to get the DLC cars free because people complained that they paid real money for cars but then didn’t have enough credits to actually use some of the cars.

I’ve also noticed this after downloading the car pack. If you go to marketplace from the game and check the cars it says that you I own the cars even though they are not in my garage. Then when I go to buy a car it says I don’t own them and I have to buy them. I am using the new dashboard too if this is the problem.
It automatically downloads when you update. No need to ‘buy’. jst go to find a car and they should be in free section

Nope, still not there
I desinstaled the pack in manager game and the cars appears free for me.
Tried that, also tried getting the pack in game but it errors when trying to connect to the store
Same here spent half of yesterday with Xbox Support Twitter (joke) didn’t do anything, then over an hour with Chat, nothing blamed it on Turn 10 which may be
true, now that I see others are having same problems. After chat, I went into Forza Hub and it was the only place I could get to the October pack that wasn’t going to
charge me. It installed but the only car that shows up in the FREE section is the Infinity Q60. I have tried hard resets, uninstalling, installing, going to xbox.com, through
Forza Hub, this is ridiculous to spend over $100 on a game that is basically the same as 4 and 5, and its cannot do a simple task of putting the cars you paid for into your
garage, so you can just start a game and play as you like.
All those having issues with the latest content update and the DLC:
Try doing a system reset (hard boot) as below:
1 – from the Dashboard, out of all games, hold the X button on the front of the console down until it shuts the system down.
2 – Disconnect the external power from the wall plug (or at least disconnect the wall-side connector on the power pack itself.
3 – WAIT until all power drains from the external power pack (no light, either white or dull orange showing on the pack).
4 – Reconnect the power supply to the electrical outlet.
5 – Restart the console in the usual manner, i.e., either with the controller or a short push on the X button on the front of the X1.
6 – WAIT until the console self-checks and fully boots to the Dashboard before attempting anything.
If you don’t disconnect the external power pack and let the power completely drain out, the system is still retaining “old” stuff and not resetting because it is basically in “standby” mode.

Really all this for a simple car pack add-on, thanks will try it tonight, and report back.
I do it after every install or update and dont seem to have any issues…its a proper hard reset…it doesn take that long really
Its not just a simple car pack add on either. .its also to get the update done properly
So tried the HARD RESET and still shows that I purchased the Logitech pack but only has 1 FREE car to download and that is the Infinity. TURN 10 needs to fix this, doesn’t look like I’m the only one with this problem.
Is anybody else still having this problem? I have tried HARD RESETs, chatted with customer service, uninstalled and reinstalled the CAR PASS and LOGITECH pack, still only one FREE car shows up,
this is getting ridiculous M$ and TURN10, please fix.
