I can’t even get the update… I started up forza and it didn’t update I found that odd. Then went into the forza hub and downloaded the playground pack. I went to the festival afterwards to check out the cars but they aren’t there. So I did a hard reset and started forza again. This time it prompts for an update. It just sat there for several minutes saying getting ready then said something went wrong. Gives me the option to try again and check network connection. I checked connection and it’s fine says I’m connected to the Internet. I try again and I get the same message…
Maybe they are working on the problem,give it a little time.
Did another hard reset and got the prompt to update again. This time it updates. I stay on the my games and app screen till its done. I exit and go to start the game but it says it’s installing with the little progress bar. It’s stuck at 76% and hasn’t moved in ten mins. I’m scared if I restart the console it will mess something up and corrupt data or something.
Which is installing,the car pack or the game update?

Wow,never heard of a game update not loading all the way,maybe some one else out there has had this and can help.
How do you normally hard reset? Just curious as there are more than one ways to do it.

HI just unlocked via the HUB the Playground Pack and downloaded it on exiting it said there was a problem with the HUB, I then checked the AUTOSHOW and the cars are there but at FULL COST not for FREE as they should be for 1st purchase.
Has anybody else had the same issue and if this is a cross the board issue when is it going to be fixed if its just me is there anything TURN 10 can do to fit it for me

After getting this pack for free, none of the cars can be bought for free, I have to pay the full price. What should I do?

i think all free car packs have been this way. you had to use in game credits to buy the cars.
what is different with dlc is you are using actual cash to buy the dlc so the first car purchased in game is free.
the second car has to be purchased with in game credits…
My game has updated, but when I go to the Marketplace and try to purchase I get this:
MARKETPLACE ERROR
This is exclusive content and can not be purchased at this time.
Never? Ever? Atleast we don’t have to pay $5.00 for the cars. Maybe thats what they meant by “Free”
You have to get it through the Forza Hub app
