first off i think forza 5 is a great game, but the problem is the cars are so expencive,
and i dont have the time to save up for good cars in career mode, when each race nets me around 10,000 credits,i really only get to play on a sunday for a few hours,
but really love the game, why are the credits so low after winnina a race, when i want to build a nice collection of cars.
may be if turn 10 doubles the credits for winning it would be better, after all its a game where you should be able to get any car you want, without a grind?
any suggestions would help, new to forum.
Two words.
FORZA REWARDS
And another word:
RIVALS
Your having a laugh right? I mean seriously, the most expensive car in Forza 5 is 2 million credits at most; I can earn that in just a couple of hours. Not only have T10 already adjusted the in game economy within its first month (making credit payouts higher, and car prices lower. The most expensive car was 6 million credits before this), but it is, and always has been easy to earn credits in the game. You can run custom races against the AI in free run mode with as many laps as you please, you can earn a lot of credits through Rivals mode as well. You earn credits for racing online in the public hoppers, and you can also earn money in online private races with friends.
You know I have been reading about the money being tough to come by since prior to getting this game. I have not seen the problem yet. Turn off the assists and it nearly doubles your earnings. Levling up happens rather quick and thats 35000 cr every time you do that. I don’t think this is bad at all. I am primarily a hotlapper, and I had a much harder time earning money in forza 4 than I do in Forza 5. I have had the game a few weeks. Have most of the cars I need/want, have about 3,000,000 credits and have only had the game about 3 weeks.
10 laps at Spa in freeplay taking 30 minutes wil rank you up 3 times and pull in about 160k
Getting money is easy just go the the brickyard and set it to 50 laps and get in a fast car and win do that a once or twice and you be rolling in cr
Here’s a link to Forza rewards:
unfortunately, although you believe credits are too hard to come by, and all cars should be accessible instantly, many others think credits should be harder to get, to prolong the life of the game, and add the sense of achievement to saving up for a particular car.
Most people on these forums I’d probably be correct to assume they now have all the cars they want, and have millions of credits in the bank with nothing left to spend them on.
You can now at least rent any car in the game if you like.
Run laps, you’ll accumulate money. Find some cars you like to drive and dedicate yourself to getting the affinity to 25. You can knock out a couple birds in one throw that way, you get money for driving in the first place, and also increase the money you can get by raising your affinity bonus.
I personally feel like money is fairly abundant in Forza. I have 37 million dollars in-game and feel like I have so many cars I can’t drive them all. (I do play for an hour or two a day though.)
Forza Rewards is great, you’ll get a chunk of change from it every month. You should definitely look into that.
Uh no this is probably the easiest game in the series to earn credits. If you got VIP you get double credits. If you bought the season pass, right there you get 72 cars free the first time. If you just run some rivals events maybe 10 laps apiece you will earn credits and boost the affinity for the car manufacturer you are using. Plus you will learn the track better and if you pick a good rival you may learn some better lines. And if you used search you could have found many threads already with answers to your question.
This is if you don’t mind spending money, but not everybody wants to follow that route. FM4 takes that title because it rewards you constantly in your career progression, and the token system makes it even more straightforward to buy the most expensive cars in the game.
Credits are just a waste of time,i have 200 million from rivals and some people who play only career struggle. credits and experience only work in games like cod and gta were unlocking and pay motivation are central to the experiece.in this game driving tuning painting is everything.
