Can’t sign in – Forza Horizon 5 on PS5

Hello,

I am unable to play Forza Horizon 5 on PS5 due to an authorization issue.

When I launch the game, it says “Authorization required”.
I log in successfully via Microsoft account and confirm the account, but the game still does not sign me in and shows the same message again.

What I have already tried:

  • Cleared local save data on PS5
  • Reinstalled the game
  • Restarted the console
  • Logged in with the correct Microsoft account multiple times

The issue still persists.
It looks like my Forza profile is not attaching correctly on the server side.

Please help reset or reattach my Forza Horizon 5 profile.

Same thing - Login with the exact same user and psn persona as always - I only have one - and it just finishes the flow says “All set can close this window” and Forza just goes back to “You need to sign in” – this is an insane requirement for being so janky. The game is completely unplayable.

Has this been resolved for anyone on PS5? Haven’t been able to play for the last two days
