I dont know if i posted this post corecctly but i have a huge problem already tried contacting FH5 support nothing its been 16 hours since i messaged them and still no answer so here is the problem: when i try to log in to play forza i start the game everything is fine but i cant play this message pops up (You may not proceed without being signed in to a profile) It only appears on my main account and my only one. I tried making a new one its working fine. I thought i was banned or something but i have clear history no bans on Forza this problem appeared for me on Tuesday and its still going if someone could help i would appreciate it.
There are lots of solutions for this problem out there. I’ve never had the problem myself so I can’t tell if you they’ll work for you or not. Search for the error on YouTube and there should be some results that give you the correct course of action.
I already tried everything restarting my pc, reinstalling the game, windows credentials, nothing worked. So i was wondering why is it happening on my account

I am having the same issue. Tried everything but, still takes me back to the same screen
I get the same login loop through steam on my PC but for some reason game works fine on steam deck. Google said to try the “Go to Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. In there you need to scroll to the bottom and delete ‘‘Xbl DeviceKey’’ and then REBOOT your PC.” I have tried logging out and back in on the xbox app. Verify files on the game through steam. Verified all windows updates are good. Not sure what else to try.
