Best way to report bad drivers in multiplayer lobbies?

The worry is that some people may be having a bad day and get trigger happy with the reporting bit. I do agree that it is noticeable that some maybe just in it to cause greifing and they should be warned about it.
But if it was made simple to hit that report button I can only see problems arising. It can be used by a group of mates who may be chatting and one says I don’t like that driver so I’m reporting him and get his mates or others to do the same if you see what I mean. This is why there is a need for a racing lobby ( maybe a VIP lobby ) that is separate from the rest for the serious drivers. Also not everyone uses their mic … I don’t because of my age and I don’t wish to be chatting to minors, so that would make it difficult to apologise to someone that I have accidentally through stupidity pushed off the corner. So the only way I see it is to have a way that you can select the type of apponents you wish to race against or a separate lobby. Other than that I find the trolls, griefers and wreckers eventually get bored and go away.

Here’s an idea … what about you have to go through lots of tests to earn the licence to purchase/drive any car. Through bad driving you loose that licence and all your cars get locked apart from a really stupid looking slow one, making you re-test to get it and your cars unlocked again. I think that would sort out the problem. In fact it would be a great addition to this game and could be added so we all have to take it, I wouldn’t mind my cars being locked for an hour or so :slightly_smiling_face:

People do that, and Xbox Live’s PET folks also will ban those reporting with incorrect accusations. Someone files a report, and there’s no Unsporting conduct through their observation, PET will gather all the complaints from the filing gamertag, and block them from using Xbox Live because of the false reports.

Remember, PET has eyes everywhere because their employees are charged with making the right decisions on who is doing what. And those folks using large vehicles to impede, disrupt and otherwise ruin the intent of the game will be sitting a while not even allowed to sign into Xbox Live until the ban is over. PET bans from Live itself, not just a single game.
