Ok, my game kept crashing back back to dashboard every time, and I tried almost everyday, few times each day. I thought of one thing and it’s probably a fluke and I will be right back in same spot, but I’m still sharing none the less. The clock. My internal clock never is set where I’m not on the net living in the sticks. But I corrected the date and low and behold, it’s booted for the first time in a month!!! I hope it works from some or all of y’all. Good luck, fellow racers!!!

So between you and @peter2zack you’ve basically established that it was a hardware error. Wow.
That doesn’t hold much hope for me. Anyways, thanks for keeping the thread updated for future readers.
Microsoft should consider themselves lucky they still have you as a customer.

As a quick follow up to my circumstances. My issue too was hardware failure. Having got another new console, my existing game save has been stable for the last week. Fingers crossed, it remains so for the future.
