Ability to use 3rd-party TTS voices for the screen reader

        I've noticed that for the built-in screen reader in Forza Motorsport, we can select only Microsoft voices. From what I've observed, those are from the so called "OneCore" voices. I guess so, because they are named "Microsoft <Name>" (e.g. "Microsoft David"). The SAPI5 variants of the same voices are named "Microsoft <Name> Desktop". I don't see any "Desktop" voices in the voice selector for the Forza Motorsport screen reader.
        
        I installed two 3rd-party SAPI5 voices - one US English and one UK English from Nuance / Cerence. Both of them did not appear in the voice selector for the Forza Motorsport screen reader. But they do appear for usage in other programs that can use SAPI5 voices.
        
        So, can we have the ability to use 3rd-party SAPI5 voices in Forza Motorsport's screen reader? Reason - in some cases, those 3rd-party voices have better pronunciation in comparison with the "OneCore" voices from Microsoft.
        
        **NOTES:**
        - The display language in my copy of Forza Motorsport is set to "English".
        - My copy of Forza Motorsport is purchased from Steam.
